Fast service...and the order was hot, fresh and correct...the first time!
We (hubby and I) went through the drive through. We ordered 3 fish combos. They included 2 sweet teas & 1 orange drink, 3 medium fries***************We also ordered 2 vanilla frosties. There were about 7 to 10 vehicles in front of us, however we waited.****************The young lady @ the 2nd window mentioned that there was no chili made @ all. Poor management waited in drive thru 10 mins so I went inside and stood in lobby 15mins confronted manager he says and I quote were busy both inside and out I replied I just stood in your lobby 15mins and no one offered to take my order and he says sorry and Shruggs shoulders, proper thing to do is say come inside and let's get your order in and call It a day, but instead you get paid more than your worth and landed a management job and have no clue how to manage a business!
Well this is Wendy's . Strawberry lemonade was good but y'all are monsters for putting fruit puree in the drink . The bacon cheeseburger is sad . Bun was not good. Nor was the bacon . The most important part of a BACON Cheeseburger. It was dry and only 3 inches long . Tomatoes and lettuce on the burger and mayonnaise :( very sad. The chicken nuggets were dry and not as good as mickey D's . Fries were better than Arby's and Never had a Frosty from here but I bet you they aren't as good as the Lake Wales one over by the Denny's Home Depot and tire store . You shouldn't come here for good quality food . Only good thing was burger patties by itself.
Been to this location twice. The first time, the female employees were loudly talking about their feminine cycles and birth control. I was not offended, but there's a time and place for everything. The second time, the dine-in line was almost out the door. We waited almost 10 minutes before our order was taken (there was one person in front of us who left without ordering). At least the cashier apologized for the wait. I also need to remember that Wendy's taco salad is a DIY project with chili instead of salsa.
Always an argument with these people, can't hear them placing an order for the drive thru ...it's the rains fault. Ask for Black ice coffee, only coffee and ice, and they keep asking me what flavor. Always order a bacon and cheese potato....I don't think they know what a bake potato is. Always get something that looks about the size of a baby spud. Not going to this local again.
Besides ordering 6 frosties and then handing you one at time before YOU ASK can you have carrier. They could be a bit more organized. And the managers should manage instead of doing the job.
My order was wrong. I didn't realize it until I got home that they had given me spicy chicken nuggets which I did not like
One fantastic thing about Wendy's is, everywhere you go, they're are top notch.
Well everything was clean and the people were friendly behind the counter. The food was delicious.
