Typically I LOVE teriyaki madness but tonight I was very disappointed... my steak was burned terribly and ruined my bowl.
I recently ordered teriyaki chicken and fried rice catering through Teriyaki Madness. What a great choice for my party! Everyone loved it and I can't say enough about how they truly cared. The delivery people were excellent and even offered to help set up. I didn't need that but it's the thought that counts. The food was so good and I froze the leftovers which went very well and we are still enjoying it. They gave us more than enough sauces and some cute squeezable sumo wrestlers. I just want to thank the employees and management for helping to make my party a big success.
The spicy chicken bowl ? is delicious! I get a large and take the rest home. I get it with fried rice. Yum!
Food is great, kids eat free Sunday which helps the pockets. Resturant is very clean!
The food is amazing and the spice mix is on point. I was disappointed there were no potstickers to order and no ice cups available at a small up charge. I did not get chopsticks, either. The drivers have been nice and on time.
Excellent food and service. Today I ordered the katsu and had some pretty intricate special instructions as to the rice and veg; and, despite my doubt they saw it through and it was just perfect delicious crispy Katsu on top of it all, didn’t even forget the good sauce. Awesome.
I ordered from here recently and there rice has improved greatly. I had stopped ordering for a while because the rice was always mushy, but they got it right this last time. Hopefully it stays that way. Other than that, the meat and veggies are always delicious!
Great food! Awesome portion options. Reasonable wait time for the big order we made. Great indoor/ outdoor seating. Will definitely be back !
I have made several delivery orders on the Teriyaki Madness app and had not had any issues until tonight. I called the restaurant when it said Completed on the app, but I hadn't received anything at my door (I checked my neighbors and downstairs as well). The person who answered said that they use Doordash for their deliveries and he wasn't sure what had happened, but that he would call the driver and call me back. He called me back about 15 minutes later and said that the driver didn't answer his calls and there was nothing he could do since the owner wasn't there. But that she would be there the next day and would give me a call back and either give me a refund or a coupon. I asked if they could make the food and redeliver it since it was late and we were very hungry. He said no, but if I put another order in the app that Doordash will deliver the new order. He would not give me a refund either. Doordash called me about 30 minutes later and told me that the driver cancelled after picking up my order because the road to my apartment complex is closed (there are many roads to my apartment and one is under construction). They asked me how I wanted to proceed and I told them that I would still like to receive my same order of food since we were very hungry. They said okay and that they would let the owner know. I didn't receive another call back. The food finally did arrive after 10:30pm, but I was supposed to receive it at 8:08pm. My family and I will not be ordering from Teriyaki Madness anymore.
I'm not joking, iv ordered from this place through door dash 3 times, every single time there's been items missing from my order!! At this point I'm lost for words! And btw it's been a different driver every time. How the heck can that happen though, three times!! The first time they forgot an entire bowl I paid around $13 for so I drove up there to get it on my motorcycle in the rain! Second time it was egg rolls so I said screw it and now this time they forgot two rice crispy marshmallow treats I paid $7 each for so I'm out a smidge over $14 !! My order this last time was $57 dam dollars!!
