Great T-Bell. Everyone is on point and friendly. I modify all my food (Sorry, but I love spicy ranch and beans and idfw lettuce or onions) and it’s always hot and ready at the window because these people are that good! Very cool people cooking and in the windows.

The girl I had on the window deserves a raise after some of the people I've dealt with lately in fast food. I lost her receipt for her review bust she was amazing. Was around 10pm on Sunday.
I’m pretty disappointed. I ordered a Mexican pizza meal that was supposed to come with supreme tacos and I got regular tacos. I understand that this is not the worst thing that could happen but it is pretty annoying and I should receive what I am supposed to receive
Slowest place in town. Spend over 30 min in drive through to pick up online order. No way to bypass line if you change your mind, once you in you are locked in. After waiting all this time they couldn't find my order. Blamed slow service on being short staffed although I counted at least 6 people in the kitchen. They also charged my card as they do when order is placed. Manager didn't try to help or resolve the issue, again "short staffed, we don't have your order". I have confirmation email, with bank charge and correct address of this location.
The food and value are good. More dining room attention would be good. Managers take more: why, when I ask for exactly 3 sauce packets, do I always get in excess of 8? Extreme waste and with the amount of business done each day this does affect the bottom line. Five yes, eight NO!
The best Taco Bell around the area. All the employees are SUPER friendly and very outgoing! This Taco Bell does an excellent job at hiring the right employees!!! The Mulberry Taco Bell can learn a thing or 2 from this Taco bell. When I go to the Mulberry Taco Bell, you're guaranteed to wait at least 20-30 minutes for your food. This Taco Bell had my food ready in less than 5 minutes. Met a wonderful guy, don't know his name but he said he was Puerto Rican, he was excellent and very friendly! Definitely needs a raise. Keep up the excellent work!
Food was good.... but customer service was lacking majorly. Too much focus on whether I ordered on the machine or not...and then when I did...it was a inconvenience to pay with cash. When I received my food (loaded French fries?) I stood at the counter trying to get a fork for a good solid 2-3 minutes before I walked away. I get covid sucks.... but please don't forget about the people trying their hardest to get back to normal.
My kids sure do love Taco Bell, but we barely go, but when we do, I definitely surprise them and make them happy. But, taco bell definitely has some delicious food though. ?
I've never been to a taco bell before where I recieve no counter help. You had to fill in yourself. After 10 minute went to counter to ask how to order something specific. The young man was very busy but took the time out to help my mom and me. The only thing they did was collect money and fix the food. The place smelled really bad and didn't look to clean. They really need to clean the place up and get rid of that funk smell. Won't be back. Good thing I don't pass through there often.
