This taco bell is the best one I've ever been too. I'm thankful it's the closest to my house. Service is fast AND efficient. My order has always been right. Staff has always been friendly. Keep up the good work.
Staff rude answered the phone like it was their personal phone. I asked were they open while I was in the drive thru line, the answer was yes but still no one took my order!
Not ok with management yelling and being disrespectful towards my niece that worked there. She’s a hard worker and she knows how to do everything from multitasking cashing out/giving orders and making meals etc; just for others that work there to tell her to SHUT UP when she needed help, or for her to have a manager toss bags in front of her while trying to take orders being rude and obnoxious. Sooo unprofessional.
So tired of the rude manager there the teens have more respect than her smh ??♀️ I always have issues at this dam taco bell don’t even know how they still work there smh ??♀️
Well, it's Taco Bell, which for me sums most of it up as I am not a particularly big fan of any type of fast food. The service was fairly quick, although they weren't terribly at the time. The foos was neat in its wrapper/box, and tasted just as I expected it to (not saying that's a bad thing per se, but again, I'm not a particularly big fan of any type of fast food).
Went to drive-thru. Girl said, "Go ahead with your order" I made the order. Then the girl waited about 30 seconds and said "Go ahead with your order". What kind of service is that? I left and didn't buy anything. If you are taking orders its imperative that you listen and not make people repeat themselves. I strongly suggest this girl be put in a position that requires her level competence like cleaning toilets and urinals.
They got my order right! That's not usually the case with taco bells.. I am picky and like to customize things. Plus a nice new location. ? Also first taco bell I've seen with covered outdoor seating!
The employees are all so sweet and nice and helpful and the place is clean and it's a calm place. I would come here again. 10000% would recommend coming here
Worst drive-thru taco bell, they dumped the nacho fries just in the bag. Forgot a taco, they want 15 hr I get that most aren’t educated but come on it’s not rocket science.I used to work fast food in high school there literally was no other car in line, so they weren’t busy. I think the district manager just doesn’t care for that store being it’s geographical location. Or it’s not a corporate store.
Staff was very friendly and the indoor seating area was very well organized, clean, and inviting! Food didn’t take too long and the order was well put together.
