Last night went there and they were short staffed, like most businesses currently.Hats off to the friendly dedicated staff. As always great service and good yummy food.
Worst Taco Bell service ever. We ordered online to pick up in store. I understand with covid still going on… the lobby is closed. Instead of being mature and opening the door to explain to go through drive thur for our food, she yelled through the door and told her co worker to not open the door. If you see a short white bigger lady, report her, she’s insane. Rudest service ever. Taco bell stepping down their game. Lady if your reading this, I hope you feel powerful in taco bell cause outside,you working at taco bell.
Horrible. Chose to pay with cash after ordering from kiosk. Then waited 15 mins before speaking up only to be ignored by the Manager Cynthia who was on the phone the whole time. Turns out no one was paying attention to cash orders. Then had to wait again for them to make it. Should not have even paid for it and left. Zero stars. And Cynthia needs a new job since her hospitality skills need major improvement. Was also offered no compensation for time lost waiting. Great way to keep people away. I will never be returning. Also, dining room feels like a warehouse.
Beware this Taco Bell when ordering with DoorDash. They absolutely will not put sauce with your order. I have ordered 3 times now and every time I select 6 hot sauce packets. They have consistently delivered me 0 sauce packets of any flavor. The food is good, but damn, just put sauce in the bag please.
Great place to stop in and have a taco or two. They are on the ball with Carina virus prevention. Barely got out of my seat before they were cleaning it. Great job Taco Bell!
I turned around and walked out. I went to eat lunch. I do not like using the stupid kiosk period...! As far as I'm concerned dumb move t b
8 times out of 10 my order is wrong but it is near my house and convenient So yesterday I went there at 7:50 and a man came outside and told me and others that they don't open till 8 so myself and the other 4 cars ahead of me left Okay today I went back at 7:58 waited in the drive through the same man came out 2 times to dump trash... nothing there was again 3 cars waiting at 8:06 i left without anyone acknowledging me or trying to take my order.
The place seems to get slower and slower every time I stop by. Im not sure how it can regularly take 15 minutes to get through a line with 2 or 3 cars when 90% of the menu is made from the same 4 ingredients.
This Taco Bell is the best one in the Lakeland area. It has the biggest dinning room and many tables outside. I think there is only one other Taco Bell near here that has outdoor tables. I can order from my phone after I arrive, go in and my order is ready. I love it, no waiting line to order, no standing around waiting for your food, and the Taco Bell "fire" sause is the BEST!THANK YOU TACO BELL
Very slow! Kiosh machine has folks there doing own orders folks slow on machine with staff slow in back preparing we waited 25 minutes on getting our food! SHAME ???
