The quality has gone down but prices have gone up. It used to be great. It’s still good, but no longer worth the price. They are always out of bacon. They were even out of the cheese sauce last night (said it wasn’t melted). I’m sure the burger patty was smaller too. You can either raise prices and keep portions the same or keep prices the same and make portions smaller. You can’t do both and still be successful. They’ve been my go to burger place since they’ve opened. Love the super sauce! But I won’t be returning again.
I’ve been coming to this spot off and on for months and it’s usually good. The only time I got something bad was when I tried ordering the chicken tenders and they were very over cooked and dry and chewy. The other night, I didn’t want a full sandwich or burger so I decided to give the tenders another shot and I really wish I hadn’t. Again, they were very overcooked. Tasted like they were sitting out and then they just tossed them back in the fryer. I also ordered fries with American cheese on them and I assumed the cheese would get melted on but nope, cold cheese slices on top of my fries… I also decided a strawberry malted shake sounded really good so I ordered that for the first time but it tasted like it had no dairy in it. It was icy and lacking flavor and didn’t come with the whipped cream or the strawberry syrup on top. Which is a shame because it’s a whopping $6. So for the price they’re gonna charge, this quality is unacceptable. Very disappointed and makes me not want to go back.
Our double burgers with cheese and bacon and super duper fries were great! And the one girl working prepared them super fast, she deserves a raise
One of the best chicken sandwiches. My complaint is about the hours of operation and limited menu. Two times now I went to get a chicken sandwich after my shift downtown and they stop serving it with over an hour left till closing time. They also request you do online ordering only - this place is good but very inconvenient.
Super duper price and super duper small serving. Good food but not much of it. Got my son chicken tenders and they were 3 thumb size. I got a 4oz at best burger. $22. Not again
Normally I read reviews but I said I'll just go and try something and hope for the best....What overpriced garbage! How do you burn the thinnest burger ever. I had more grease than burger. Never will recommend or come back to
Do not waste your time or money. $11.51 for a double burger *(normal steak n shake size) with cheese No lettuce, no tomatoes available Only onion pickles and incredible sauce which is only ketchup & mayo!?... No fries With the burger no drink Either.????. The flavor is good though! Just not worth it to Me.
Service wasn’t perfect but minimal complaints there. I was given an hour wait time on an online order which was unexpected for the amount of food. Also would like to note the shop should consider adding combos to the menu if they are to progress. The price paid per item individually seems a little steep when compared to the portions received. Overall wasn’t a bad experience but I was left disappointed with the amount of food received In comparison to cost.
Chicken was tough, it was like the whole patty was made up of tendon. The fries were ok bc of the cheese. The sandwich would have been great as the egg was cooked great and the cheese was delicious. I just couldn't handle the texture of the chicken.
This is my first online review, but I felt compelled. I'm a big supporter of local business. Order mistakes aren't a big deal. But rude employees will lose my business every time.I ordered through the Super Duper Spot website, including two Strawberry Malted Milkshakes. When I arrived, I was handed two drinks that looked more like the frozen raspberry lemonade on their website. I pointed out that we ordered strawberry malted shakes."Oh, those are strawberry shakes.""Are you sure? They look like...""Yes, those are strawberry shakes. That's what they look like."When I got home and we tried the drinks, they contained no dairy, no malt, no whipped cream, no strawberries. I called only because it seemed there may be some confusion with what's on the website. The lead I spoke with was defensive, kept talking over me, telling me to taste them because she made them herself and knows they are shakes. I know we throw around the word "gaslight" a lot these days, but these folks take it to new levels.I'll go ahead and add pictures here and you decide.Oh, the burgers and fries are fine.
