We go to this location 2-3 times per week. Most every time everything is great. Last week, my wife went in and ordered the new Italian subs with the upgraded Mozzarella cheese ($1.50). As Jazz is putting our veggies on, she is rushing us. We ask for extra and she does not do it. We ask again and she barely puts any extra on. We go to pay our bill and it right under $24.00To pay this much for 2 subs and not get extra for what we wanted is wrong!I met the manager at this location over a month ago. She made my sub and did an awesome job! I know she will do the right thing with this employee! Jazz should not be in guest service!

Walked into Subway with a warm.Welcome from all the staff. I order a chicken bowl let me tell you Dana amazing person friendly with a smile made suggestions for my Chicken bowl. Thanks Subway Team enjoy my food and Service ans a special thanks to Dana!
Order online and the subs were completely wrong. I asked the manager if they could remake them and she told me they made them right. Dana the manager was the rudest lady I have ever met. She refused to refund me and refused to make me new subs. She flicked me off and told me to leave. This lady should be fired.
Horrible place. Stay away!!! They can't build a subway the way you want it and for some reason their subs taste soo nasty compare to the other Subways. They will lie to your face saying they can't or don't do that when you order it that way everytime...
Employees were great 45 minutes before into shift and we're still in great moods and happy to wait on us definitely one of the better subways. Thank you ladies
My husband and 2 of our employees went today for lunch and they were rude….would not recommend….something about not touching the glass….not sure if there is a sign on the glass case that says do not touch….
