Great placed one of the best store that I visited is this location very clean organized and the Two guys javian and james where amazing and friendly they made my sandwich great recommended 100%
Walked in at 830pm. Girl had an online order , gave me a careless hello , never spoke to me to let me know ahe would be right with me . Waited for 13 minutes and then she calls the online order I'm guessing had a question about that order. I would have been fine if she spoke to me and said I'll be with you in just a minute. What about making my sub real quick since I was in the store. So I just walked out , customer service is a dying breed and maybe managers and owners need to make sure they train to take care of the guest . There also was another employee I saw in the back, so why couldn't she help ? I'll just go somewhere else where they want my business .
Women that wears a purple ear piece is rude.. when I asked to have my sandwich wrapped separately to share with the young man outside she flipped out said he “ begs for food in front of store all day “ that the “ owner of subway “ has an issue with him being in the plaza. First of all who are you to tell me what I can and cannot do with my food and second of all she drops food on the floor and picks it right back up. I have talked to the manager several times but he can’t fire her bc there’s no employees

First of all they didn’t have my order the girl that she just walked away didn’t acknowledge that my order was messing or anything she talk to the young gentleman the young gentleman finally looked on them the app and he said he will get to it it should’ve been done by the time I came .no sweet tea,no chips that we ordered my husband only a simple bmt with lettuce Mayo and the meat and cheese he didn’t get the Mayo on it sloppy sandwiches it’s not my fault you didn’t get my order and then look at me I’m stupid I worked with subway before . Yes I’ll head to somewhere else for subway I have to go further to find out if they’ll do my sandwich right I don’t look at me like I didn’t order

This location has been hit or miss but today it took 45 min to get my sub. 2 customers ahead of me in line. The 1 person working was moving as slow as the line at the DMV and then was rude about everything. Finally get to ask for my food and he walks past me, gets bags then gets bread and starts stocking the back... 6 people in line behind me at this point. Won't be going back. Sad I live 5 min away.
They were having a stressful moment I think, but I'm over subway being pricey and they try an skimp on vegetables and meat and then you ask for more they give you attitude. It's so annoying.
