Great Cuban sandwiches! I am a Tampa native where the sandwich originated so, I am on the picky side. I highly recommend this place.

Is there any way you could create signage and a line for people who have already paid for their orders online or over the phone? I know your staff is busy, but if a customer is standing at counter in the "Prepaid Pickup" line, then they could quickly grab the item, confirm that it's paid and hand it off. I was told that I could step in front of customers and let them know my order is paid for, but NO ONE likes when people jump in line. The mean glares I got was enough to stop me from doing that again. We can avoid making customers angry if a separate line was created. I prepay to avoid the wait, only to find that I still have to wait in line. It makes no sense. Can you please consider this?

This is by far my go to place for an original cuban sandwich and chef salad with ranch. You won't find anywhere better than Strawberry Hut!!!

Very tasty food! however it's super high quality. They didn't have any of the lights or fans on. Not sure if it's because they didn't work or they really just can't pay the electric bill? But the staff is always super friendly and kind to everyone, which is hard to find nowadays.

Greek food good prices i eater there often. Best Cuban sandwiches in town

Absolutely wonderful Cuban sandwiches. This location is great just like the Plant City location. Extremely polite staff.

Best Cuban subs in Lakeland. Love their soup.

I tried this location in Lakeland because I love the Plant City restaurant. The food was on par with Plant City, but the staff did not deliver the same level of service as their parent location. The wait in line was excruciating. For just having 3 people in front of me I waited 15 min to put my order in. Then I had another long wait to receive my food. The one major plus here is there is indoor dining, though the decor was dark and depressing. Next time I get an urge for a Strawberry Hut Cuban sandwich, I will make the drive to get in Plant City. It will be worth the drive.

Cultural appropriation is the adoption of an element or elements of one culture or identity by members of another culture or identity. Not one cuban element of my island in there yet cuban sandwiches are being made and called "original" when y'all don't know the culture and how to properly replicate a cuban, not only that but just cuz you slap meat between cuban bread, doesn't make it a cuban, it's like if it was a Jamaican cuisine place and no one even knows the culture and make generic attempts and sell them as original and profit off of it. Honestly I'm offended.when have you heard of a cold cuban? I'll wait ರ╭╮ರ and I'm not mad about one sandwich, the whole menu is just a verity of different modifications and labeling everything cuban. Cuban "hamburger?" In Cuba we have burger buns!?! Making them a cuban sub shop And to tell me it's their Cuban? Not their version! But their Cubans.!?! Wow. I wonder how mad y'all would be if it was a place selling a whole menu of Haitian food and passing it off as original without knowing what goes in it and how is is traditionally made? And profit off a culture? ಠಿ_ಠ And say award for best Cubans? Are you serious? (ಠ_ಠ)━☆゚.*・。゚ my people are going through a revelation right now !?!? They have been living in a tyrannical dictatorship ¯\_ಠ_ಠ_/¯ and all proceeds go in your pocket? We Cubans help each otherಠ◡ಠ we are proud ppl and too see this....it hurts

I ordered the original cuban, EVERY Single slice of ham, pork, cheese was COLD! The only thing warm on the sandwhich was the bread since it was pressed. Very dissapointed since all over the building says best cuban (famous cubans).
