Decided to come in with my Lady and found that Steak n Shake has lost everything that made it Steak n Shake. The servers were fired, the quality of their food when into the toilet, and the customer service was the worst ever.I will most likely not return and strongly advise the management to bring back the REAL Steak n Shake.
Haven't been to a steak and shake since before the pandemic and was surprised to not see any servers any more.Instead we were presented with kiosks to place and pay for our meal, then we wait for our order to be ready while we dine in. The dining room looked freshly open and looked clean.The food and shakes were great.
Gus kindly and patiently helped us with the ordering kiosk which is rather confusing. Please thank him for me! Food was very good.
Had Burgers and rings so good hot and fresh and my cotton candy shake was mouth watering.
Great customer service. Sheena is super awesome and she is great with kids. My son loves coming to see her and The food taste great
It is a real bummer to not have an old dinner feel anymore. No interaction with employees has ruined the ambiance. The food even seemed to not taste as good. I doubt I will be going back.
i ordered a medium fry. this is what i pulled out of the bag. literally halfway filled with tiny, cold, rock hard french fry crumbs
They take there time preparing your food. It actually came out looking like the picture on the menu. Your going to wait in the drive threw but it well worth it.
This place is a shadow of It's former self. During the COVID dinning room closure, I refused to buy there. I anxiously waited for them to re-open their dinning roomWhen they did open it, I was deeply disappointed. Gone were the friendly and helpful waitresses. In there place we're kiosks??? I shan't return!
WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY FOOD LAST NIGHT. WAITED AT LEASE ONE HOUR ON LINE, FOR MY ROYAL BURGER. IT WAS OK THEY SAID FRESH BUT I BEG TO DIFFER FRIES COLD. IT WAS NOT MY NIGHT WILL GO BACK AND SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR. STILL LIKE THE PLACE, BUT FRESH IS FRESH NOT HALF WAY AND THINK WE'RE NOT GOING TO KNOW. JUST SAYING?
