When with my kid and wife and order 4 milkshake place my other when I got to the window the lady was really rude and on prefosianal to us and then give us or order wrong I talk to the manager and end up asking for my money back won't go back to this store again
6-3-22 @ 9:30 pm!! Orderd through the window and had the most awful service with your employees! Ordered cheese fries and onion rings they gave me a small container of cheese no fries or onion rings!! Very poor poor service!!
Who ever owns this place should be embarrassed, almost everytime you go there they are not open, I’ve said for months I’ll never go again, I gave it one more time yesterday at 1pm in the afternoon and a lady goes on the intercom “we’re closed!” I said ok when do you open . So she doesn’t respond to me . I then call the number she answers “hello” not “hi steak and shake idiots how may I help you” she then says “who dis” I believe she meant who is this ? But anyways she tells me the whole crew quit their shift at the same time . I’m honestly not surprised because the place is the biggest joke ever . They have always had the worst staff. Whoever owns this cut your $10,000 buy in loss and call it a day!!
One of the oldest Steak and Shakes in Florida everything was good the girl that served us had a lot of information about the location and how long it's been there diamond
it says you guys open at 10 i chose to dine only to find employees inside with a locked door i then proceed to go through the drive thru only to find out you guys wont open until 11 that is ridiculous
I have tried going to this Steak ‘n Shake multiple times Over the past year and every single time I try to get a milkshake they tell me the milkshake machine is down and they’re very rude about it. It’s kinda amazing that a place with SHAKE in their name NEVER has shakes.
Horrible service. Shakes were good, fries barely ok. Won't be coming back to this location
Ive been here 4 times. Everytime I came the employees acted like they hate life. Very ghetto and takes FOREVERRRRR to get food. Last time I pulled up... I didn't even end up getting food.... all the employees were outside in the parking lot smoking weed and not even in the store. Don't go here. It gets worse and worse everytime.Never again for me ?
This is the slowest drive thru I have ever been in, and then the food was cold and half the order was wrong. Disappointing.
You need to hire more help these workers were working Thier buts off. No one at a register no servers. Not happy. Food was good but workers need your support...they were very curtious and helpfully. Get rid of those kiosk!!!
