Jess was our barista & she was amazing! She knew what I was going to ask before I could even finish my sentence! Out of all the Starbucks experiences I’ve had over the years she was my favorite ever because of her kindness and genuine interaction. Very grateful to have had such wonderful hospitality while on our road trip❤️
The long sought after cake pops and they were out of the unicorn ones. Got 2 cake pops & 3 small iced teas- $20. The kids had to experience it though and didn't realize mass amounts of coffee smells like that!
This is a great Starbucks. The parking situation isn't great as it can get backed up. I order ahead and always go in to pick it up, if you are in a hurry. I've always been happy with my orders.
Overall gotta love the Starbucks. But on Google it says Open 5:30 a.m. on Saturdays but apparently it’s 6am. Can management can make that change so we know for next time. ? thank you!
Food was great and the coffee I had was amazing. Will keep coming back to Starbucks. Only complaint it's always busy and you don't get your mobile order on time sometimes.
So disappointed! Ordered 2 Caramel Frappuccino's and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. All three were the same. NO coffee/espresso taste at all. It was blended too much and tasted like Caramel milk.
Lady with pink hair messed up drive-thru ordered. Ordered caramel ribbon crunch frap and was handed a very weak, poorly blended caramel frap(tasted basically like caramel flavored milk) with whip cream running down the outside of the cup. Had whip cream on my hands, then had to ask for napkins and straw. Then the straws were too short for the cup.
Terrible service! Waited in the drive thru line for 25 min and one poor girl was trying to do everything while other employees were socializing. Two of the drinks we ordered were wrong and when we sent them back, it took them another 5 min just to add what we asked for. Will never be coming back

Ordered drink, waited half an hour. In the meantime loads other people coming in, ordering, getting drinks, leaving. Finally stand up and wait right at the collection point. Staff tell me “they misplaced my drink” and begin making another one. Finally got the drink after half an hour. In reality they forgot to make it - and made up an excuse about losing it. Very disappointing experience. Only went to this Starbucks as a Pitt stop on the way to Tampa from Orlando. Will certainly make sure to stop elsewhere in future.
