We are used to 7brew in Arkansas,we found the Recipe for are drinks and they replicated them perfect ..very nice of them to do something like that

I only took me five minutes to get my order and out the line and then I had a little message on top of the lead that is just personal we all need that every morning great job to the crew that were this morning
The staff is usually friendly and courteous, however, I am giving a 3 stars due to cleanliness. Needs more attention to the restroom area and as well as the table/sitting area.
I would just like to say that that is the best Starbucks I have ever been to we came in there to use the phone to get a ride because it was so cold outside they told us to come and sit down that theyWould take care of it the wonderful manager there had actually called us an Uber paid for it without us knowing and sent us on our way to where we were going ☺️ the store was very well kept the atmosphere was ?? thank you kind and beautiful manager for taking care of us so well you need a commendation or raise and a hug if you need I will come give it to you anytime best store I ever been in
Never had any issues till tonight. I have a registered starbucks rewards membership, and usually recieve a refill of ice tea before I go. I was told tonight that I could not do that unless I had originally purchased an ice tea. I asked if this was a new policy and they said no it has been like this...the two ladies were kinda rude about it annoyed that I questioned the policy...i do not believe I was rude, I was just confused. I got home and looked up the policy to see what was going on. I have received refills of ice teas after my lattes for years. And this is what I found...that a registered app user can recieve free refils regardless of the original beverage purchase.
Very clean location and super friendly staff. Drink and food order was quick and accurate. ?
Many of the area Starbucks are short on the more exotic ingredients, so don't expect to get an oatmeal latte, but if your ingredients are coffee, milk and/or sugar, they got you covered.
Why do they randomly close the dining room? Who makes the decisions to lock the door and place a sign in the window?? This used to be the best Starbucks I. Lakeland… why take mobile orders and then refuse to give them out??
Starbucks has never let me down. There coffee is always amazing and there brownies, my personal favorite, are the bomb.
