next door is a real good place for nice merchandise . i don't drink coffee, cause it's addictive . maybe some day I'll try StarbucksKid-friendliness: yeah see some nice stuff , next door at " best buy "
I went into Starbucks and immediately I noticed that the inside of the store had been remodeled. The counter was longer and the refrigerator section was gone. The store looked amazing. But what happened next was extraordinary.I had amazing customer service. I have never had a bad experience at this location, but the service was exceptional today. Bri H. was awesome. She went above and beyond. She made me and my 2 young daughters with the glasses feel very special, comfortable, welcomed, and appreciated as a customer. She even told them that she liked their glasses.Bri H. was kind, friendly, helpful, professional, caring, and she knew her job. Please let Bri H. know that she added sunshine to our day just by being herself. She should be a trainer for customer service skills. She exemplifies perfection in a world , where so many people don't care about their job or the customer. Starbucks, she is a keeper.Thanks Starbucks for hiring an Angel. And let her know that the mom with the 2 young daughters with glasses appreciated her kindness.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Lakeland area. It's actually nice that most of the employees know you when you come in, or even, if you order online. They know I'm a little picky when it comes to how I like my coffee, but here they make sure its right. If it's not, they will fix it with no questions asked, and they dont get frustrated with you, if they do, they sure don't show it. I had to stop going to the store that was much closer to me. They NEVER could get my order right, and the difference in the employees literally was night and day. The store on Wedgwood honestly is the best and the employees are the sweetest and I really do like a lot of the kids that work here. They're all very respectful. This speaks volumes about this company or the manager that runs this store. They seem happy and take pride in their job and they go out of their way to get to know you as a customer. It's hard to find that these days. Please be patient with them if it's busy, they honestly are doing the best they can and the fastest. Make sure you go by and you will see what I am talking about.
This is a nice Starbucks to plug in your pc and hang out all day. It gets extremely cold here so bring a jacket and wear pants.No shade for your car here at all is a major drawback for me.Traffic pattern is odd due to the drive-thru lane that stacks up cars right in front of the door entrance and sometimes you have to wait for cars in the drive-thru to move out of the way just to park right in front of the entrance or even to back out. So I give only 4 stars because of this traffic design flaw.The backs of the padded bench seating here I have not seen before but are very ergonomically comfy. Starbucks should use this style in all of their new stores.
This is the most inconsistent Starbucks I have ever visited . The drinks always come out different, the sandwich I purchased today is hard as a rock . The don’t take instructions properly, then they get mad when you are advising them of a problem . They have no customer service etiquette. They are just horrible! Sad to say cause I love Starbucks!!
I'm all for helping others. So, I don't intend this review to be viewed negatively towards that. If Starbuck's intent is to help others, then I applaud the franchise/location. However, a homeless man has been allowed to live inside the location, for over a year since I've moved to North Lakeland and been coming to the store to do my studies. This situation makes it difficult for others to enjoy their time at the store because there is a permanent lingering body odor smell. Sure, I can stay at home and do my work/study, but I come to Starbucks to get away from the distractions.
Made my drink perfectly just how I order it. This only happens 9 out of 10 times. To come to this location for the first time in years and have my drink made perfectly thanks!!!It's also newly remodeled. They apparently are still working on some things they have a few of them mobile mini storage trailers in their parking lot and a giant construction dumpster. It looks really nice inside the lobby. Funny someone wrote a review one week ago that said they have outdated furniture. Looks like you're a bit late with that one, it's freshly remodeled, brand spankin new!!
I ordered a drink for my little sister and the first attempt was undrinkable and disgusting so i simply asked them to remake it and the second attempt tasted like water.
