For whatever reason Starbucks in target are better than the others in the local area. I don't know if it's because of the ingredient shortage or what....
Service and coffee were good. Staff were prompt and friendly. Good selection of products including in the display case. Issue was the poor condition of the floor. Could use a good sweep and mop. Not up to Starbuck's standards.
Promos and Stars program not clear at Target. I did not end up purchasing.
