Excellent customer service a little sad that they were out of regular caramel drizzle but the person who took my order offered me the dark caramel drizzle and then I asked them like how much different is it than the regular caramel and they politely explain to me some of told them it has a little bit of a stronger taste and told them it's a little sweeter so I told them just a little bit so whoever upsold me the dark caramel congratulations because I absolutely love it it tastes way better and makes the coffee a little smoother too thank you to whoever you were I wish I got my receipt but great customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will not ever be coming back. I’m a server, wanted a little caffeine before work. I only had 100$ bill on me, she said that she couldn’t accept it because my drink was only 6$ Weird there is no signage on the window or drive through line, I just wasted about 15 minutes of my day.
Starbucks on a typical basis doesn’t stand out to me, but I particularly really love this location! It’s the new kid on the block in a way- Starbs has been at the Lakeside Village outdoor mall for a good while, but now they have moved a whole building over (yep, quite the hike) so that they are able to have a drive thru (they didn’t before). So, new-ish.But the building IS super new and it shows. It’s spick and span clean inside and very sleek. I liked the leather chairs and b&w frames on the wall and subtle touches. There’s also a super small but quaint outdoor seating spot.The best part, however, are the singing workers inside. They rock! Nothing beats hitting up a coffee shop where the workers are bustling and cheery. As for the products, it’s a classic Starbs. That’s all I got. Great location!
I go here ever other day and this is the first time I get coffee that is not fill up to the top I wanted to say something but there was a line so I decided to go I'm not a person who will complain but this is expensive and I just so disappointed
Always a pleasure to drop in. Staff extremely busy almost didn't notice me. They assumed it was a call ahead order. However, keep in mind everyone doesn't have a smart phone. But overall enjoyed the visit.
This is my regular Starbucks and I always have a great experience! Baristas Sebastian + Maddi have always been so great and helpful! Quick to help, super accommodating and kind. The one time I did have a longer wait than possible the barista gave me a comp gift card which was really nice!
1 out of 3 employees were friendly and efficient. The rest were moving in slow motion. Making 3 drinks seemed like a huge inconvenience. I would drive out of my way in the future to avoid coming back to this location.
The employees are great! Everyone has been super friendly!I took my daughters in one day and accidentally ordered the wrong thing for my 14 year old, who didn't speak up until after I'd paid. The girl taking the order offered to change the drink order without hesitation!
Very friendly and fast service. It was very refreshing to see the indoor areas being available and no masks required!
