Pay for a venti. And it's filled like a grande. I should not have to pull off the lid to see if they made it correctly. This is not the first time this has happened.

Great service. I only ask that all star bucks owners please switch back to flat lids and stares. Employees grab the cups by the top putting hands that have handled money etc all over the mouth piece. I still request a straw for this reason. Nothing yukkier then seeing fingerprints all over your mouthpiece. Second, flies and bees go into the lids when it’s a big mouth opening. Very frustrating paying 4+ dollars for a drink and after a few swallows seeing a dead fly in your drink. And the new lids pop off very easily causing spilled drinks. Please please talk to corporate about these lids and go back to flat lids.
What makes this Starbucks great are the amazing people that work here. They are so nice and pleasant even at early morning hours. Other places could learn from this crew. Keep up the great work!!
Easily my favorite Starbucks around! Even my dog Bucky loves visiting them and they seem to love him too!
Short wait in drive-through (during rush hour). Drinks x 3 prepared as ordered, service friendly, hands-free payment. Easy in and out at the light .
What can I say? It's Starbucks. Great drinks, friendly staff and good service. just wish they had more food options
I used to love this Starbucks but something has happened recently and it's not the same.It took for 3:10pm to 4:00pm to get two simple drinks through the drive thru with only 6 cars infront of us.One of my drinks was just ice the other one wasn't made correctly. Also the car infront of me received my drink, it was remade then they sadly spilled it and took 6mins to remake it for the 3rd time.
New Starbucks in SE Lakeland just south of Florida and Ewell. Pretty standard outside, but looks pretty nice inside. Mobile ordering available. Drive through might be a little confusing the first time through. I can see that causing some issues.
