Employees were super friendly and sweet 10 out of 10 definitely will be here again
When using the mobile order function that Starbucks has in place at this location is the WORST!The order is always 5-10 minutes passed the time it states. They don’t make your order until you walk in the door and ask them where the order is. Other locations in the area have your order ready upon arrival. Terrible service if you ask me. The best part.. I only come here for my wife. DD is better in many ways.
First time in 20 yrs drinking Starbucks I had a bad experience. I went to this Starbucks and the guy at the counter took my order, never asked for my name. I sat down to wait for my order. 5, 10, 15 min pass by, people come in and out with their order...nothing for me. Finally after 18 min a barista Finally makes eye contact and says did we get you your drink I said nope, she asks where did you place the order, I said with the guy with the headset wiping his brow and scratching his hair. She proceeded to tell me he didn't place the order, not really sure what he was doing then while ringing order for 26.10, she apologized and started on my order. 18 min for a Frappuccino. Will never to to this location again.
Came inside to order a drink and the staff all looked at me like they didn’t know what to do then finally someone from the back came and took my order (1 frappe). 15 mins later after I notice other people getting drinks and I’m still waiting. Finally I go up to the girl and ask if they made my drink she panics and looks around and says yes but it’s gross now, I’ll make you another one. (I’m LATE now and also no one ever called my name!) she makes the drink in 3 mins. Made me so angry but whatever. Don’t come to this Starbucks when there’s better Starbucks staffs down the road.
It was a Sunday so very busy. Really long drive thru line but it moved quickly considering how long it was. Inside was very fast.
Quite a rush at the drive thru, all in all a good experience. Loved the Starbucks refresher with Mango Acai
I walked in and no one said hello or acknowledge me. They were talking to each other on their head phone set and kept looking at me but did not say anything. Not even a smile. I will never go back to the Starbucks.
Store had a sign on the drivethru window that it was closed due to staffing issues. The problem is the order menu was on and there was no sign there. So the line of cars waiting to order didn't know the store was closed. If you close during normal hours please put a sign on the order menu or turn it off so long lines of cars don't waste their time waiting.
The employees are so nice, and welcomed everyone who came in. Drinks were great
