I love Sonic, but the onion rings were really bad. I don't like posting negative things but it has to be said. I don't know why other than it tasted like onions dipped in cinnamon pancake batter. Not yummy
Served us burnt food and refused to refund. Even corporate wouldn't refund when we complained. They often forget food in your order. The app ordering doesn't sinc and half the stalls are out of order.
I don't know who owns this franchise but it was very dirty I didn't even eat there I left as a matter of fact when they tried to charge me $8 for a medium milkshake regular medium milkshake for $8 and like I said the place was disgusting it was dirty and kind of let stay secluded

The girl was very nice and apologized and told me to come up anytime to get them replaced for free. More places should offer this kinda customer experience.
The last two times I have been to sonic I have had one of my food items come out wonky. Today I ordered a large jumbo popcorn chicken and received around 10 pieces of popcorn chicken as well as tons of fried bits. These fried bits comprised the bottom third of the large jumbo popcorn chicken and contained no chicken. The last time I ordered from sonic I requested a large onion ring and ended up with over cooked onions that had been almost completely stripped of the batter used to fry them. The one thing they consistently get right is the burger. I’m sure the shakes/slurpees are fine as well, but they are not for me.Overall, 3/10 on the fast food scale.
My number 1 was so good I had to call back in there and let them know. It was perfect. 1 of the best burgers I've had in a very long time.
Went there to get a Frozen Classic Limeade (listed on the online menu that I reviewed prior to arriving). The employee handed me a regular drink. I advised the employee that the drink was suppose to be frozen. The employee looked at me as if she didn't know what I was requesting. I told her again that on the online menu they have frozen classic limeades. She then asked if I was asking for the slushie and they woukd as sprite to it. I explained to her what a frozen drink was and she said she had never heard of it. I decided to just keep the drink she handed me. The drink was not even a limeade. It literally was sprite that tasted like it was mixed with too much seltzer water (had that sulphur taste) with a small piece of like at the bottom. It was so bad that I could not even drink it. My question is why do they advertise a drink that they obviously don't make? Why didn't she tell me at the order intercom that they don't have the drink when we told her THREE times that we wanted a medium FROZEN CLASSIC LIMEADE. Left there so frustrated and feeling like I probably will never return!
I ordered from here 2 days ago I used uber eats and I called the next day to let someone know the person I talked to was super helpful ☺. I really appreciated the great customer service when I called
Loved it...loved it...loved it !!! The menu choices were awesome, the place was super clean, the staff were friendly and quick, and the food tasted phenomenal !!! I will be going there a lot more.
Not the Sonic I remeber from my teen years. No footlong chili cheese coney. They big burger is actually small and thin like the new whopper patties the ocean water is just blue sprite i didnt taste coconut or have a cherry. I was telling my kids how good it use to be and they were like SURE#@?*;)
