Salt & Fire is consistently THE best food in Polk county. I have never had a bad meal here. The staff and the chef are incredibly polite and kind. The rotating menu makes dining here exciting, not knowing what’s on the menu, but always knowing it’s delicious. Also I appreciate the massive portions, no matter what you choose. I looked at your menu. Looked good. But since your time of operation wasnt posted I chose to pass.
I got the sticky spicy chicken bites on the small bites menu and oh my god were they flavorful!!! The meat to sauce ratio is insane. So much flavor and I will definitely be back 100 times. Highly recommend you guys!
Don't miss them if they are in town. Highly recommend the chicken bites or the pulled pork grilled cheese. All done from scratch and fresh. Can't go wrong!
