I keep begging them to put a location in Orlando. The food is amazing. It doesn't matter what you order everything is wonderful. Don't forget the best sweet potato pie you'll ever eat
I visited gyros on Thursday with my daughter.We ordered gizzard meal and it was horrific.The gizzards was not cooked completely and was red in the middle.i was so mad because i hate throwing away money and receiving the Worst food Ever! I will just from now on just go to 7Eleven to get their food.Plus the girl just gave me the wrong drink because she did not feel like changing the drink machine and i should have known then that the food was Trashy.Never Ever spending a penny on that place again..Stop rushing and prepare people food the way it should be and not just to get the cars moving fast.Terrible.uncooked food and really that mess should have went to the dog pound!!!
I use to love gyros , I’ve been a faithful customer. BUT NOW ! These hooligans lost they ever lasting mind , they WENT up on prices like my cholesterol. They won’t see me no more , there food portions are smaller , they don’t put season salt on their fries no more . No ma’am no ham I’m not spending my hard earned money with them any more .
It was almost $5 for a large drink, and the menu isn't what it used to be. No shrimp wraps or salads anymore. Spent about $30 on two gyros, one order of fries, and two drinks. The gyros were tasty, but the experience didn't meet our expectations.
25.00 for a Fried shrimp combo and an order of boneless wings w/ no fries or drink. These restaurants want to charge an arm and leg for food now but portions and food sizes are smaller. SMH. I would have rather gone to Red Lobster for the Walts Favorite shrimp. I know next time. 3rd picture 11.99 from Red Lobster..Thurs daily special..Walts Favorite shrimp..2 sides and drink!! Perioddd!
I've had fish w/fries and loved it, also the Gyros are very good!! The Philly cheese steak is good w/everything.. As I mentioned the fish is very good but if taking out, uncover it because by the time you get home the breading will be soggy, as any breading would.. Some people have said they are pricey. I think it's worth the price. I always dine in, only once I ordered takeout (fish)? but it tastes good.? I recommend??
My first time being there and the fish and shrimp combination was wonderful. Can say some of the staff was a bit moody but could have been due to late-night, also too much soliciting and stragglers in or around the establishment which made me uneasy. 3 stars do the activity outside 4 on the food??
If you need decent food after 10pm in Lakeland near the RP Funding center, this is the place. Building itself is very humble but clean. It was late, so I did not get to see the location that much. But the Hijabi lady taking orders was a MACHINE. She was running near the speed of light. My daughter looked up at the menu for less than a minute while deciding her order, and during that time the lady had done a few other jobs, while still taking the orders correctly. I had looked at the menu on the way and wanted to try the gyros. They had a special deal - 2 gyros for less than $10. I assumed these were mini gyros. I was pleasantly surprised. They were full sized - the real deal; the real McCoy ! I went for chicken and was asked "grilled or fried". Never been asked that before for a gyro. Went with grilled. It was a tasty meal filled with chicken, salad, sliced tomatoes, raw onions, and their special sauce. I could not eat both, so had the second one for lunch the next day. I should have got one chicken and one lamb. Next time ! Wife had the Philly - that was top notch too. I was thinking about drive through, but it looked like it would take a while, so I parked and went it. It was pretty quick.
The food was very good but the service was slow. Was that because of no help? My biggest problem was when I pointed out a backpack laying on the floor, their attitude was, BIG DEAL.Your response was nothing but a form letter. My main concern was the backpack which could have been a bomb. Your employees didn't care and YOU didn't care. What if it was a bomb and went off? You better believe I would have been the first to call the police.
Kind of pricey, but you get what you pay for. I'm an over the road truck driver that runs a dedicated lane to Lakeland, Florida and this is the second time I've ate there in the last few weeks and always look forward to stopping there and grabbing a bite to eat when I have the time! Their gyros rank up there, second to none, with the food I grew up with up in Chicago and their grilled chicken breast sandwich and grilled Hake I think are superb! I also want to put a shout out to the police for not harassing me for parking on the main drag as I run in to order my food! : )Thank you for serving great food.
