Poor customer service. Manager gives an excuse that she looks at the footage and blames the customer for the workers wrong doing. Tons of other places to go to in Lakeland. Not to mention, she called out her former employee including her first and last name. Unprofessional, not even that good. Needs a new owner. Do better.
Easily the best place to get any desert especially frozen ones, 7 dollars for a full quart of Italian ice is amazing especially when you can get 3 flavors and staff are absolutely wonderful, The Lakeland location is thankfully only closed until July 21st for location improvements, I'm glad I went and saw the sign in person as I was afraid the closing may have been permanent. I can't wait to get something here once it's back open.

Me and my cousin we came here to get a sundae brownie???after went from Mr. And Mrs. Crabs ?? and the vanilla ice cream?was so good and the customer service was so good and the girl was quick and sweet. I would go their again???❤????? ?.
Rita’s is a fun change up from your stereotypical ice cream. Their italian ice is refreshing, tart and full of flavor. There are quite a few flavors- dragonfruit, mango, cotton candy, pear, and a few others. They do have ice cream, though, if you’d still be wanting the mainstream.However, by far the best option to get from here is the gelati! Gelati is italian ice and ice cream mixed together- mind blown! It’s smooth yet hits your flavor buds in the perfect couple of punches. I’d recommend going with plain vanilla ice cream and a fruity ice flavor, it’s what I get every single time now.This Rita’s location is an ordering window and then you eat outside. But it’s a super nice setup. They also give discounts to students which is awesome. I’m really glad Rita’s came to Lakeland!!
This place deserves 0 stars. Customer service and listening skills are non existing here. I specifically tried to avoid going to the young black girl with the box plaits. Every single time i tell her the toppings I want she literally comes back with nothing on my ice cream. The guy that work there is decent but for whatever reason when I walked up he closed window and started acting like he was doing something but really just starting to the girl with works with him. I literally waited five minutes for some more people to come so they can skip me to go to that girl. Two people came and went to that girl then I was next and the guy still didn't come to window. I literally had no choice but to deal with this girl. Sure enough!! What I ordered was not what she brought back to me. Then a older gentleman walked up and guess what!!!! The guy opened his window for him !!! Unbelievable....... me and the older gentleman ordered the same exact thing large vanilla ice cream on a cone. Tell me why mine looked like a baby ice cream and the guys ice cream looked so big it was falling over. I don't even think the girl that works there just forgets your order just because I think she does it on purpose just to be an a**. Don't bother ordering a large of anything if that girl with braids make it, it'll still be equivalent to baby ice cream just an FYI
Customer service is lacking. The ice cream is great quality but young girl who works there is not good for the business.
Went to Rita’s with Abby this afternoon , & i got the mango ICE & it was very refreshing & Abby got the cotton candy & she absolutely loved it . Taste is on point for flavor . & the employee who helped us was very sweet & nice .
Friendly, helpful and always delicious!!! Need more sugar free options but I LOVED the dragon fruit!!!
Nothing better on a Friday night then the best ice cream! Such an amazing establishment!
