I asked for 3 1/4 lb shrimp and they all came in one box, that I didn’t request. I had two other mouths to feed so having them separated would have helped. It was mostly crunchy breading with minimal shrimp with the veins still in. Gross.
Don't know what bird the tenders came off...maybe a sparrow?Seriously though this was an awful experience. The tenders were tiny and dry. The fries were nasty. At $10.99 for the combo I would have expected more. Publix does a chicken tender combo for $7.99 and that gives you two sides. I won't ever go back to Popeyes.
I have to say this was the best Popeye visit I had. I travel with my job and this was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thumbs up !!! I ate their blackened tender with mash potatoes..tenders are cooked to order and the potatoes where very hot and Yum.
I made an order online and came to pick it up via the drive thru. The drive thru line was being processed extremely slow. When I got to the window the team member was distracted and I had to tell him I had an online order twice and what was in the order. He then told me they were out of regular chicken, and asked if I would take spicy. I said OK in an effort to save time. Then, he told me they were out of coleslaw and asked what did I want to substitute. I really did not want a substitute as I chose Popeyes because of the coleslaw. (How do you run out?) I picked red beans and rice, which I found out I do not like. After a long wait, he hands me my order. I check the order, while he is sighing heavily (which tells me he is not happy with me checking the order). I am missing an extra biscuit and apple pie. I tell him this and he goes and grabs them individually and hands them to me. No bag for them. I felt the team member was discourteous to me. Popeyes did not have what I ordered. You should of at least offered me something for not having my preferences that clearly are on the menu and for my long wait. I won't be going back unless they get it together.
They might as well close this location down!It is only a matter of time. Someone has to be looking at the revenue and the books. No one has on name tags. They give poor service and lie about what their names are. She said her name was Beth. She worked on 04/30/2022 with another guy. I asked for his name She said his name is Tina.He laughed and said I'm not giving you my name.It is raining really bad. I asked to order a 8 piece meal twice at the microphone. She never came back to the mic but to say hold on with 1 car in line. I pulled up to the window to order. She said pull around and order, I am not taking your order at the window. I am short staffed. There was no car in front of me but 1 that had already left and gone. You want me to circle the building and come back? When I arrived at the window. She says "oh my Gosh, slams the window and walks off". This establishment is so "DISRESPECTFUL". I would never treat my customers like trash or less than. Believe the reviews that you read they are "TRUE". I'm curious to see the inspection reports.(Update)?Read the inspection reports you will be baffled at what you see!
Cold food, over priced, dirty bathroom and kitchen, you know what mama says about dirty kitchen with dirty people... Louisiana fast, more like Louisiana trash. You always have to ask for condiments, hospitality has long gone with COVID... I'm ready for fast food to shut down. Only real restaurants should be open... Like chef's should only cook. Everyone else should be washing dishes. They care not how your restaurant experience could be... Just eat the food before we throw it away.... I want my money and time back.... Wait, even that would be returned as trash ?️
The food is fine if they get your order right, hense the one star, however they take flipping forever. I waited about 40 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and no they we not busy....and this seems to be the norm for all the Popeyes in the local area....they is no sense of speed.
Worst popeyes EVER!! Will never return to this or another popeyes again because of the disrespectful customer service I received. We got told we couldnt come in and eat while there were other customers in there so why were we any different? Staff was pushing us out of an unlock door that DID NOT STATE THEY WERE CLOSED AT 2pm!!!! Popeyes USED to be my fav but i guess im going back to KFC!
Delicious as expected. However received extremely small container of mac&cheese for $3.79. I think it must have been the small size. Too much traffic to go back.
“Under new management” with the same poor customer service. Ordered $40 worth of food. EVERYTHING was cold!! The restaurant is also very dirty, they had the front door propped open welcoming every critter and rodent. That explains why other reviewers have seen roaches. South Fl Popeyes has soooo much potential yet the employees and management just don’t care. This has been going on too long with this location. This place has management issues as well as corporate issues! When corporate pay attention and hold management accountable this place will be better. Won’t be back. I really don’t see this location lasting much longer.
