Normally I like Popeyes, but here this place is less than so so. The chicken was cool and greasy, like it was cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough. I was not impressed and don't know if I will go back.
This specific popeyes overcooks there chicken everytime if you dont believe me order some yourself guarentee you'll get more crisp and breading than chicken it's like biting into a pile of rocks with chicken in the middle plus the service is Terrible I ordered a chicken sandwich and coleslaw with my meal today off doordash and this popeyes never even put it in the bag I can honestly say I've never had a worse experience than anywhere else in my life and I dont usually write bad reviews but this one deserves it ?its like its ran by children

Shout out to all employees of this branch for excellent service!!!! The Manager LEXY ( I’m not so sure the spelling) and JAYJAY as on of their crew. Since I switch branch… I do love to come here and satisfied my urge to eat a good delicious and at the same time some to-go as well for my family. All polite and courteous to their customers needs which the other branch along Haines City the manager was Rude.. Not professional. Don’t know to you resolve the problem which happened many times with my oders( not complete/ some missing chicken) but I paid it full ( drove 30 mins and your frustration that another issue or problem to my orders) sucks but more than 10x already and I give up! So I found this branch Lakeland which is very nice. All employees busy working. Including the Manager Ms. LEXY . Two thumbs up to this branch!!! All Popeyes outlets should be like this. Hopefully the management or the owner of this branch recognize their hard work. Hard to find good employee/workers. Great feeling that I’m satisfied for food and the service. Again keep up the good work Guys! You guys Rock!!!!
I typed up my order into a note on my phone. It was a larger order for a few people. They managed to get the order wrong and they forgot to add some of the sides. I made three trips into the establishment to correct this. What a waste of time, energy, and money. By the time I got around to eating my portion, it was ice cold. This location wasn't even that busy at the time of service.
The lunch shift was busy but then the employees were taking their frustrations out on me when I just asked for sauce. Not cool.
The older black female she had straight black hair and was unnecessary rude and cussed at us because we sad one second please at the drive thru . You could here her under her breath and was laughing as we got up to the window . We didn't know what we wanted yet and you cuss at us . That's very unprofessional. The biscuits weren't even that good as the one in Winter Haven ,has biscuits that blow you away. We even had to wait like ten minutes to even order . Then there was lots of employees staring at us like do y'all not have anything better to do . Worst Popeyes experience and biscuits ever. We were just wanting to have a snack and we got a snack, rude, unprofessional service and a bad day . We will not be returning.
After waiting in line for 27 minutes I get the order screen and I see the tacklebox displayed on the window on side of the story and I’m like oh that sounds good and so when I get to the order screen after waiting another 20 minutes they ask for a code I don’t understand what the code is so I asked what code and then the person says that you need the app to get the tacklebox I don’t understand why they would advertise something where you need a code on an app I did not see that anywhere on the flyer I am really mad and I want my tacklebox Popeyes
Always missing something, I was handed the bag,the employee says here you go. I had to tell him I was supposed to get 2 mashed potatoes, 2 coleslaw and 2 mac and cheese, which he got. There was 2 boxes and I thought one was biscuits, bur when I got home no biscuits. Staff was very nice, you just have to make sure you check your order. Every time I go something is always missing. Thank you.
Avoid here at all costs *do not go here* you'll regret it from start to finish my 8min experience with them was very unpleasant the person who took the order was rude I don't know why the girl who took my money was even worse she dropped all my loose change and didn't even acknowledge the fact she did just threw my change and food at me. Order breast and leg and got a feathery cold disgusting piece of thigh I will never go here again save yourself the displeasure and do the same. I will be going back for a full refund and I expect there will be negative attitude from the workers for doing so but I could care less
