I had the #5 chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Let me just tell you it's worth it. So delicious and cheesy.
First let me say I have always LOVED Planet Grilled Cheese. I eat it anytime i go to the mall. But today was a totally different experience. I have never experienced someone so rude in my life. First the girl working who says she was the manager in duty (Ashley) if that's really her name was being so extremely rude the young man running the register (who she ended up telling me was NOT an employee there) was her brother. I tried to hold my feelings to myself the first 5 times she was so mean and rude to him anytime he asked her for help. I eventually told her how rude she was being to him and that she really shouldn't treat him like that period but definitely not in front of customers. She proceeded to tell me she didn't care and that it was none of my business..i told her it was my business thst i was a customer and she is supposed to be professional with customers. She told me we don't care B#@%$. I asked for the owners name and she told me figure it out on your own B%-*&. And that they were like family so it wouldn't matter if i reported her. Employees like this will run your business into the ground. I will not return if she is working because she has absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever also no human being should be treated like that especially someone who is special needs like her brother is or appeared to be. If the owners of this Planet Grilled Cheese don't care that their employees treat people like this then i will no longer support their business. Let's just say she was so rude she made my 12 year old daughter cry because of how she treated the young man. He didn't deserve anything like she was being to him. Im highly offended and upset that she treats her family and customers that way!
The short lady up front was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for my son's side to his meal and for the drink that I was clearly charged for and she said I didn't pay for it and never gave me the drink and then continued to be rude and argue with me even tho I had the reciepts in my hand. This Lady dose not deserve to have a job in customer service at all. As I was standing there to order she was yelling at the other 2 kids that were discussing the menu that they where not in the right place to order and saying it in a very rude way. That should have been my warning not to even order from this place. This was the 1st and last time ever. As a owner of a business out here in Lakeland if she was my employee I would fire her instantly. She makes the whole place look bad and even I asked for managers name she started again yelling and being rude.
Definitely rude! The dude making the sandwiches. A customer messed her order up so he basically tries to give me her sandwich and then when I asked him to add something to the sandwich he told me once the box is closed he can’t do anything. I hadn’t even touched or been given the sandwich he still had it. Won’t be going back.
The food was cold, the kitchen/prep area was digusting, employees had no idea what they were doing. 35 minute wait for completely mediocre food.
They payed close attention to the order. Food was yummy and fast. Smoothie was super. Everything was GREAT.

This place is amazing! They were super kind to us and made the food in front of us so you know whats going on. They were super sanitary and clean and did a great job. It is a tad bit expensive, but they have delicious food and drinks and have free refills. Highly recommend to come and try their food!

DISGUSTING PLACE BE ADVISED. The person that was making our sandwiches had an OPEN SORES UP HIS ARM WITH NO GLOVES. Overall this place just has horrible service, management and NO REGARD for hygiene.
