My last thin crust pizza was horrible. Dominoes was a lot better. Don't order thin crust from Pizza Hut....you pay for a thin nothing!!!!
My granddaughter had a coupon for a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut. She earned it at school for doing so well on her reading assignments. Of course she was really excited about it. I took her and my grandson to get two personal pan pizzas. The gentleman at the register was awesome. As she handed her coupon to the cashier he told her what a great job she had done in school. She was very happy. Overall it was a pretty good experience.
Hardly any sauce on my pasta, they forgot my marinara sauce for my cheese sticks and forgot my extra sauce i ordered. By far my worst experience. Waste of $25. 1/10.
I want to praise this location's pizza hut for doing an outstanding job tonight. I could see they were in a bit of a pickle staff wise and were under stress and they did an amazing job handling and getting me my food (which was delicious). I hope they get the credit they deserve for the valentines day rush they went through. Good job guys!
If I could rate this zero I would I mean how unprofessional can this get. I placed my order at 2:57 and it’s 4:54, I live in a hotel so I call and ask where’s my order because I’ve been sitting in the lobby for almost two hours. They say don’t have an order with my name on it. The front desk man at my hotel said they never came, then a lady on the phone named Kayla which was even more disrespectful saying she delivered the order 2 hours ago and she couldn’t wait. How is it so when I placed it at 2:57. They got their facts wrong and I’ll be reporting to corporate. Ashamed cause they could’ve had a 20$ tip my father owns an all Italian restaurant and this pure disgusting service. I’m also in the restaurant industry and have been for five years. Hope you enjoyed eating the pizza you never delivered. Lazy human beings these days.
It seems that the last 3 times we have ordered pizza from this store it has gotten worse every time. Yesterday I pizza tasted extremely stale and not even close to fresh. We are not sure if we will chance ordering from pizza hut or at least this store again. Now we have 2 barely touched pizzas that will probably be thrown out. Bummer we really have liked pizza hut before.
Send a driver who actually drives to the location. Also send one who doesnt show or give any attitude. He saw my husband and I and just shook his head like he was disappointed. We gave him our room number. Told him we could meet him at the end of the building and he refused. The cheesy bread and pizza was burnt as well. Not happy with our order and delivery today
Delivery was going to be 2 hours so I called and told them I would just pick it up and they gave me 20% off. Which was unexpected and appreciated. Also everyone at this location is always so friendly.
What is going on at this location?We place orders here and 6 times out of 10 they won’t have a driver for delivery, they ask if you would like to pickup, yeah ok. Once you get to the store “sorry we ran out of pizza dough” okay, so why are you even open then? They proceed to make the rest of your order and once you are paying for it they still ask if you would still like to leave the tip you originally put on your delivery order for your driver, NO! I drove myself to your store only for you to tell me THEN you didn’t even have the ingredients to make the order. What a circus.
we ordered curbside pickup but no one answered the phone when we called to advise we were there. Looked like they were understaffed. Had to go into the restaurant to get our order. Other than that the pizza was great!
