This spicy pizza was completely different ( and way worse) then one I got at a participating pizza hut. I also ordered extra sauce on both pizzas and they both had zero sauce.
Good delivery experience. We had to let the pizzas cool off before we handle them!
Worst service. Never want to answer the phone. Never have Pan pizza. I don’t know how they continue to give trash business all while using Pizza Hut name.
I went last night to pick up my pizza breadsticks Cinnabon‘s took about 45 minutes I kept waiting I asked what was the problem and they said he had to redo the Cinnabon‘s because they were burnt when I got home the pizza was well overcooked the breadsticks look like they’ve been cooked three or four times they were hard as rock. Time to find another place to get pizza
Order was wrong. I was over charged 19.50 on my order. And pizza was not cooked throughout.. Manger tried to make the situation better by remaking my pizza and delivering it. And when the 2nd delivery driver was high pressuring me to tip him. I will NEVER order from. here again. I have knowledge of Pizza Hut standards and this is very unacceptable. .. But I will be reaching out to the local RGM.
Get the order right i thought i had ordered bacon and pineapple on all pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and olives on right side. That didn’t happen. You didn’t charge for them but that is not the point.
Called in order ahead of time... great experience with ordering....person on the phone was very professional and when I arrived the food was ready and when I got home the food was still hot and fresh and taste awesome
Get the pizza order right the first time. The pizzas came the first time with large spots without any cheese or sauce. While it was fixed when I called it still was very inconvenient and unpleasant
