Recently stopped in and ordered a Gyro. It was very big, good and filling but I did not know it was going to come with feta cheese. In my opinion it had too much of it and too little sauce. The cheese overpowered the meat taste. Still giving 5 stars because it was my mistake for not knowing and they were very welcoming and it was good., just not what I am use to a Gyro being.
Taste horrible. Gluten-free wrap falling apart when opened. Took a bite and broke to pieces. Also, found a black hair inside. I wouldn't even offer the Gluten-free wrap if it can't be eaten the way a normal wrap could.
Quality down in 2022. Unfortunate shipping issues during this time seems to have them scrambling with lower quality ingredients. Don’t order the dark meat chicken— they no longer get it and will give you chicken breast instead without letting you know. Used to go here ALL the time. But I don’t like feeling misled.
Had the "bigger" gyro tonight. I love that its closed up like a burrito. Made it my favorite gyro instantly. Then I tasted it and that really sealed the deal. I need to get more tzatziki sauce next time is my only issue. They used good spinach and fresh ingredients with a really well seasoned meat blend. Will be back many times I'm sure!

If I could give it 10stars I would! The customer service is wonderful thanks to Desiree and the owners. Every time I come in I'm always greeted with warm smiles. Last time I was in there was a Karen who couldn't read the menu and got upset because she didn't understand what a falafel was even after Desiree described all the ingredients and told her she could also make a custom one. Desiree handled the situation so nicely. Before the Karen even stepped up to order Desiree was in the middle of helping a regular who is hard of hearing, order his food, so yes she spoke loudly. Even left a nice tip for the outstanding service. Just goes to show you can't make everyone happy, especially Karen's nowadays.
I can’t wait to come back and try more of what they have to offer!!! The ability to customize the food options was amazing. Only reason for 4 starts is the amount of lettuce in my peta wrap to the point where it just seemed like a filler.
Need professionalism. First time ever I had bad experience with this location. The lady she was very rude to all the customers. Showing an attitude rather focusing on customers. There was an old man standing in line front of us, she was so rude to him as well as with us. Employee name is “Desiree”. When we place an order for falafel and asked her for what does it contains and she didn’t even respond too that properly just said you can tell the guys who is making the order for you, after that she came to help the guy for completing our order and we ask for hummus and she said there will be an extra charge. We already asked her while we were paying for our order she denied to give the explanation then she said “that’s not my job to read out the menu for you”. It’s her part off the job.If you are annoyed with your work then annoyingness shouldn’t come out on customers. SHE REALLY NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU ARE WOKING IN THIS INDUSTRY FOR 3 YEARS. Some one need to teach her how to be professional.
Excelente food at an excellent place. Since I discovered the place I find myself looking and finding excuses to drive 45 minutes so I can go eat here.
I love Pita Pit but...... not this location. I will say, the staff was extremely friendly however the vegetables were all brown and looked to be out of date. Even the chip were out of date! Cutting corners to maintain profitability I understand but bad food will soon equal closed doors. Hope they check into their food supplier.
