The employees wrote their own tip....What a rip off!!!Won't go back here....
Ordered a pizza Friday night; turns out, it got delivered to the wrong address because they source out delivery to Doordash and they had my wrong apartment number, their driver carelessly dropped it at the front door of some random apartment, didn't call me at all when no one was there, didn't text me to check when nobody was home, as a Papa John's driver would.The entire reason I pay the ludacris delivery fee on top of tip is to ensure that a person who actually worked for the company delivers it. Now I'm waiting for them to hopefully fix the mistake, and now I have to pay tip twice (because I'm not a monster). Very frustrating.
Ordered in-store and the employees were very friendly and got my pizza ready in a timely fashion! I will definitely go back!
Pizza is very salty and dough is chewy. Actually used to be my favorite pizza, what changed ?
My babygirl ordered a pizza tonight. 1st time going with papa johns and most definitely the last. Pizza price....$10.....Pizza size....6inches.....plain no toppings. Delivery fee is more than half the pizza price. Called to see why the pizza was so small and the price was so BIG..... Employee was very rude and said ypu get what you pay for. Didn't even try to make it right. Hopefully all papa johns locations isn't like the one she got her pizza from which was3608 Harden BlvdLakeland Fl 33803
Wish I could leave 1/2 star, 1st time ordering from this location and as 1st impressions go, well you missed the mark. Ordered it "Well Done" had to put the pizza in my own oven just for it to be done. The slices weren't cut all the way through. And the toppings, I could count the slices of Meatballs on one hand. Not good guys. Can't see me ordering from this location again. :(
The price of pizza at PJ’s has gone up so high and the delivery fee is $5 now. Received my order and the pizza barely had any sauce and it tasted like it had been cooked and then reheated or something. Worst pizza I’ve ever had from there and paid more than I’ve ever paid. Would have been better off with a frozen Tombstone, literally. Never again!
Worst service ever.. I called and placed a Togo order and when I arrived to pick up my food, they had no record of my order. I showed screen shots of the phone call with their location as I spoke with their location for 3:52 placing my order. They went ahead and put in my new order (large pizza with extra peppers) and I paid. Once my food was done, I asked if my extra peppers were in the box and they wanted to now charge me for it.. After I’ve already spent time ordering my food 2x, waiting AGAIN for my food, and had already told them about my extra peppers to begin with.. all their error… worst customer service, I will NEVER use this location again.
My pizza had bald spots no cheese !!!
Didn't taste the same and hardly any sauce and skimpy toppings . The cheese sticks were dry and tasted like dough . I always order from here or my BF but it sucked this timeBe nice to be replaced
