The food is good at this location. The cooking staff is extremely rude. I would say about 50% of the menu is never readily available (usually have to wait for items when I go). I made an online order recently and added a super green side. I made the order at 6:30 to pickup at 7:15. They didn’t have my food ready and they said they were out of the super greens. The cooks gave the nice cashier a hard time about completing my order. Just complete laziness in my opinion. Again food is decent but the staff is lazy. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner.
I walked in at 10:55 (They open at 10:30), they have NO fried rice, NO lo mein, and at least 7 missing entrees. She says the guy who cooks didn't show up for work. As I'm leaving, I see a guy slowly walking across the parking lot with a Panda shirt. She points out that he's th3 cook. He couldn't have walked any slower and clearly was not concerned at all that he was late. Ridiculous and disappointing! I mean why even open the doors to a Chinese food establishment if you don't have the basics?
I went yesterday through the drive-through. I asked for rice and chicken teriyaki. After I get home I find out the rice wasn’t good well at all, there was no teriyaki sauce in the chicken.
Door was lock at 11am, should have been open (10:30 was on sign to be open). Worker came and unlocked door and walked away. No opening of door and saying welcome to Panada with a friendly smile. I would have done that as I worked in the food industry. No labels on what the food was. Was told they stopped serving Black pepper chicken about a month ago. Haven’t tried our food yet. I hope that is at least good. I want to know if all the other Panda’s are not serving black pepper chicken. I will be calling around!!
This place needs an ENTIRE new staff. First off they were out of literally everything, no sweet tea, no coke, finally was able to get a plate of orange chicken my favorite usually half noodles half greens, they didnt have any greens. And i ordered one side of mushroom chicken and two drinks with extra ice. Got to the window, the young girl is extremely rude, they tried to hand me two drinks they only filled a quarter/ maybe HALF WAY with drink and ice combined. I noticed only bc of how empty they felt thats how little they filled it. I made them just fill the rest of the cups up with ice and left. When i went to get the food out I also realized they gave me RICE, and NO side of mushroom chicken for my kids just an extra side of spicy orange chicken that they didnt eat. Oh and there was NOTHING IN THE BAG, no fork no straws nothing but the wrong food. Somebody better come in and teach them jits in there how to do their basic fckn jobs or just shut that location down. Forreal there is no excuse to do such a TERRIBLE fckn job!!!! And i leave this review as someone who works in food service!! Pathetic!!
Rice was burnt had to throw my meal away. Manager has no concern for the next person when I told her to check it.
The last two times I went in to get food you had neither chicken and string beans or chicken teriyaki . Very disappointed it happened twice.I'd be willing to bet they are the store's most popular. I can get what I want at other locations. What's happening with your Lakeland location?
Let me start out by saying I love the orange chicken with rice bowl. But someone really needs to step up their game in the place. I try to come on my lunch break and the drive thru line is never long but OMG you are waiting at the order box for about 6min to have someone take your order it’s Ridiculous!!! I could understand if there was a line but it’s each car waiting at least 6min for someone to come back and take your order. And please do something about the noodles they’re gross they taste way under cooked.
Always love the food, but I've gone three times and they are always out of something I'm excited to order, sometimes for the whole day, sometimes just for 20 minutes. Quality is good, but it is starting to get frustrating. I recommend having Plan B and Plan C.
For a long time now, this place has been slowly getting worse. Today, it's hit a new low. My significant other went into the drive through and was ignored for 5 minutes after a 25 minute wait. Once they finally spoke up, the employee was dismissive and rude, asking what we wanted. They were out of nearly everything and increased the wait even longer, once our food was finally out it was terrible. The orange chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for far too long before it was barely fried. The chow mein was similarly terrible. After years of getting take out every now and then this place has finally become too gross to continue eating here. I look forward to whatever business buys out the building after this place folds in on itself.
