It’s a shame I didn’t read the latest reviews before hitting the drive-thru. They didn’t put any teriyaki sauce on the side and over filled my drink to the point where it was spilling out of the side of the lid. Fortunately, I decided to check the bag on my way home and was able to turn around and head back. The girl on the register was nice at 1st but was short with me and shut the sliding door in my face while I was asking for some napkins as well since they never gave me any. The food is good, but the service has gone down hill. I don’t need my money back, I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
This is, by far the better of the two Panda Express' in Lakeland. Food is always fresh, they never run out of Teriyaki chicken, and the staff is much friendlier. Worth the extra 2 miles from the house.
Food was decent. Service was great. If only they had more items available without onions.
How do you hand out teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki sauce?? I would like someone to contact me because I want my money back, what a waste, it’s literally the entire meal. Dry chicken and rice, yum.
Visit regularly, food is consistently good. Word of warning and the reason I knocked off a star, if you get asked to pull forward and wait for an item to be cooked, you will wait FOREVER. It doesn't matter if they say the wait is 2 minutes or 15, you will wait for at least 20 minutes if not more. Sub in another item, don't get stuck.
All I can say is it's getting worse. The food is all tasted the same and they're getting much cheaper in the portions. Now I really question the healthiness of their food?
We love Panda Express. This is a great location. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Twice I have been here and was told there was a shortage on teriyaki chicken but they had chicken and they had teriyaki sauce both sitting on the counter.
Always busy the food is good sometimes really good but the staff is almost always friendly and very hard working
I order for take out. Overall the food was great but could do better.
