We went here last week for our Anniversary. I can not say enough good things about this place. The food, the service, and the atmosphere was all outstanding.Our waitress, Jesse was amazing. She was sweet and knowledgeable, she went over the entire menu breaking down everything for us, as the Italian menu can be a little confusing to some of us lol. Our drinks were never neglected. The food was hot and delicious and came out rather quickly. A 5star experience for sure and the price blew me away. Was only a little more than I paid the day before for 3 at McDonald's. I can't wait for our next date night.
Great Italian style food, my favorite is the lasagna and the chicken della nonna soup salad with baby greens deli meat & cheese also they bring a dipping bread for an appetizer. Excellent restaurant always consistent

We were told this place had food worth driving miles for. Our friend lives about 25 miles away and comes here for his pizza!We stopped in today, I ordered Eggplant Parmigian, my hubby ordered a Calzone ...they were DELICIOUS! It came with salad, but they brought this bread with tomato olive oil and basil I believe, but it to was awesome! Service was great! The prices match the food, not to high at all, and the food is worth every cent! Give it a try next time you are wanting Italian! It's a gem!5/1/2022Got another great pizza yesterday! Absolutely delicious! The eggplant rollatini was fabulous and the pizza was cheesy and delicious! Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back!
Great place to go and enjoy a nice meal! Food was amazing and the prices were even better. The food came out hot and fresh the cooks definitely knew what they were doing. My server Sophita was amazing, she was very professional, quick, very nice and she even made sure we had everything we needed even though it was slammed!
First timers…Very pleasantly surprised. Food and service was excellent!! Had dinner but can’t wait to get back and try the pizza! We like to try different places…this is a definite winner!
This is a great family place and the inside is decorated just like an Italian Village. The pizzas is fabulous (thin crust, if that is what you like), but some of the meals are over priced for basically noodles! Good appetizers and pleasant wait staff.
Incredible food! Even better staff!! Was on a job and stopped in to order some pizzas for the crew... food was made quickly and you'd never know by how good it was! I wish I lived in Lakeland, this would be a weekly dinning experience!
After many years of patronizing this restaurant without complaint we invited our friends to join us at the Palace on our recommendation and unfortunately were served a dried out cheese less pizza.We informed our server who apologized and said she would have it remade for us. At this point we're thinking that mistakes happen, they'll make it right, no problem.The manager then returned to our table and argued that this is how their pizza is made. We again stated that the pizza was over cooked and lacking cheese so he left and returned with the same pizza which he had thrown a sprinkling of cheese over and dried out further in the oven.Not wishing to make our friends more uncomfortable we didn't argue further.I think the kitchen staff and management have grown very complacent here in regards to food quality and certainly customer service.We were embarrassed for having invited our friends to dine here and we will not be returning.
