Why is it when you order online. They can not get it right. Or give you something they wouldn't give you if you were sitting inside. Don't give you everything you order. Give you burnt bread. Feel like you have to check your bag before you leave like a fast food place that is over charging. Order 30 wings and no blue cheese or celery. Blooming onion that wasn't done right. Last time I'm ordering online. Happened back to back now. At least in person I will get the food taken off the bill or make them do it til they get it right.
Super clean, great customer service. Food was super delicious, the bread was amazing like always. Overall we had an amazing experience, waiter was a little down, but overall customer service was good. Prices are good base on the type of food you want to have. They have great lunch specials that meets any budget.
Had a wonderful experience at this outback. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great service from the wait staff. Our food came out in a timely manner and was so delicious! Will definitely be dinning here again.
Very pleasant experience! Melissa our server did an amazing job. Very attentive, offered a free sample for the chili, checked in, subtly took the dirty dishes off the table without missing a beat! Food and drinks came out in a very timely manner and was delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly and the whole meal was delicious. London the manager checked in with us to ensure we were well taken care of. Thanks Melissa for a great dining experience!
We have eaten here many times over the years and the quality is worse and worse each time. They completely miss entire meals from takeout orders, cook things improperly, and deliver raw food. They never offer to correct anything and when you call to let them know about the issues, they don’t apologize or offer to correct it. Just go to Publix and cook the food yourself. I promise it’ll be a more enjoyable experience.
Awesome take out experience. Got the food home in 15 minutes. Still warm. Blooming chicken and shrimp were still crispy. Everything was cooked and packaged perfectly!
The wait was short and service good. The N.Y. strip steak was slightly under cooked and somewhat tough. My wife's center cut steak was cooked correctly and a nice steak

Good little Outback. The service was slow, however I think that's just because it was a Monday and those days are never busy enough in a restaurant to schedule lots of staff. Everyone in our party has food allergies and our server Hannah was excellent at making sure the kitchen clearly understood our needs. The food was good and tasty.
Overall my experience was good our waitress was prompt and had everything ready to go she was good on refilling our drinks. When she brought the menu she accidentally brought an old menu that should have been thrown away so I tried to order something that was no longer on the menu. The food was very presentable it was hot and it was delicious. Going on a Wednesday night it's not a bad idea it's definitely a lot less busy than a Friday night.
