We visit here about three times a month. It's our go to family restaurant. However, this past time was a little under satisfaction. The food and waitress were decent. We chose to split the check with the rest of our party (there were only 5 of us). We left cash at the table while the rest was paid on the kiosk she handed us to pay on. The cash was tucked half way under the kiosk, so it was definitely noticeable. We got up and walked out. It was slightly raining so once we exited the doors we paused for a moment. Then a manager came out and asked us how was the service, the food, etc. We told him everything was good. He then said "I only ask because only half the bill was paid". I'm glad my husband piped in and said we had left cash, so he suggested they look again. Because I was livid! I've worked in restaurants and hospitality before and THAT was rude as hell!!

Sadly to say, we have tried this Olive Garden location several times. I will say about 5 times in the last 6 months and today was our last time! I've never seen a restaurant with servers so discriminating as I've seen in this location! Today I walked in with my husband and once I asked for a table (not a booth) due to a medical condition I have, they got a bit upset and put us on the back of the restaurant which was fine. I walked away to wash my hands and it took 20 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge we were sitting on the table. She walked passed us 7 times to ensure all the other customers were good and even engaged in non relevant conversations with them for over 2 minutes and never turned to look at us. Once 20 minutes went by, I told my husband we were going to give them another 5 minutes and if no one attended to us, we were just gonna walk away. She walked passed again to deliver a drink and intended to walk away but once she realized my look, she stopped and asked if we were ready to order. We placed our order for drinks n food, she brought salad, bread and the drinks, but didn't bring the sauce for the breadsticks we ordered. Once I asked how long it will take, she said it was 4.99 with free refills. That was not the question and neither was the money! Then we got the sauce and someone else delivered the food. My husband was half way done with his plate when she came to apologize for our food taking long not realizing the food was already served to us by someone else. Needless to say, she walked by passed us over 9 times not even asking if he needed another drink or if everything was okay like she did to all the other white customers that were there! This is not a race issue, I have 8 daughters which 6 of them we adopted and they are white, so racism is never a topic at home, but is sad to see how some people can be so ignorant to treat people on an obvious type of way based on their skin color or nationality so needless to say, I will never spend another dime on this specific location! At the end of this upsetting situation, she did get a tip, simply because I know how hard waitresses work and how little they get paid, so my bad experience with her was not a reason to cut her off her tip! Eventhou she clearly didn't deserve it. She didn't even gave us her name or asked if we needed any deserts...we were still eating when she came to our table and set up the tablet with out bill and walked away! Such a bad experience!!! But never again!

My favorite lunch or light dinner is the unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks. Its great food for the price, though I'm not sure how the entrees are. This location is clean, comfortable and inviting and the staff is friendly and very professional.

I stopped going to olive garden 10 years ago or aomething. . And was reminded why when my grand daughter wanted to eat here when she got.out hospital. (She is 5)Super small positions and salad was soggy ?. Bread sticks were bland. My shrimp scampi was 2 stars ... just not gonna drive to this place to be disappointed again...Waitress was fabulous though...

I would have given 4 stars but 1 of the main reasons to go is the fresh breadsticks. They were tasteless. Not butter, no salt, and borderline hard. And they lost a star because my toddlers plates was EXTREMELY hot. Like who gives kids a hot plate? Everything else was great. Could've had 4 stars.

Consistently the best Olive Garden in the area. Becca, our waitress, was wonderful and very attentive. We usually order the soup and salad which is always tasty. The fried calamari was especially good this time. We went for lunch on a Saturday and there was no wait.

It’s a bar service & manager issue - why is there only ever one bar person one at your busy times and they are responsible for entire bar, all restaurant drinks and all tables in bar! I sit at bar and it takes me almost a hour and half to get my meal to check & only one glass of wine - this is why I stop in maybe every 3 months & don’t even get offered dessert or my candies!

Long wait upon arrival, but able to eat at the bar to avoid that. Food was very good, but beyond that, I would have to say the bartenders/wait staff were absolutely superb. Very professional & attentive before & during meal--never had to ask for anything.

Hubby and I went to eat. Not sure where so I brought up Olive Garden as we haven't gone in forever. It was so good. Waitress was on top of everything. Food was yummy. Highly recommend it.

Had a large group of women. 2 servers. Did a great job. Love the salad and bread sticks.
