Great dinner experience last night! Our server was Tyler and it was one of his first days, but how lucky for us because he provided awesome service. Everything was hot and delicious. We ended up placing a to go order as well and the staff had it ready in plenty of time so we weren't sitting around waiting for it...but then we stayed and chat chatted for a while anyways after we finished our meal. The staff never attempted to rush us out! Tyler waited a moment while we taste-tested everything that was delivered to our table to make sure we were happy with it. It was a very enjoyable girls night!
Went here for my daughter’s 19th birthday. On a Monday around 3:30pm. Now we know they aren’t very busy at this time. My daughters cup was empty over 3 times. We only got one order of breadsticks and I had to request for more. Server kept asking if things were good but wouldn’t take the empty plates. I even stacked them myself so we had room for our desert. Very disappointed in the customer service. Food was amazing if it would have matched the service than 5 stars. We won’t be coming back due to the service.
We love Olove Garden! It's a chain Italian restaurant and they really do a great job. The prices are fair and we never finish our meal because the unlimited breadsticks. Which means there is a delicious meal for later at home. The staff at this branch is fantastic and efficient.
Our food was delicious but apparently our server Allie was having a tough day.She was less than engaging and looked so exhausted I kept expecting her to crumple at out our feet!We don"t expect a lot but she def dropped the ball.Fortunately my 12-yr- old Grandson was non- plussed and was delighted with his spaghetti!
First of all, I don’t normally go outside. Period. So that already was a bad start to coming to this place. I do t understand why people would even want to go out to eat.. like what’s so hard about eating in the confines of your shack? And I’m not talking about RadioShack (lol) and I’m not talking about league of legends (lol). Long story short, had 3 bottles of wine with my daughter and drove home drunk. Had great Alfredo sticks
Olive Garden is still one of my favorites even though it's a chain. Service with Christopher was top notch. He was quick, friendly and attentive. Meals were good and hot. Had plenty to take home. Portions are sizable and presentation good.
Disappointed. Olive Garden was one of my favorite destinations for a great meal. We waited 10 minutes at our table before server came and asked if if anyone took our order. I ordered Pasta and Sausage , 20 minutes later our server came to the table and said they didn't have Sausage for the last 2 weeks?? I substituted Meatballs and they were almost uneatable. Dry as a Sandstorm and flavourless. Sauce was cold. What a disaster the whole meal was. We were a party of four and didn't really enjoy the meal or service.
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Horrible experience. We had a party of 15 and were told we couldn’t make a reservation. So we got there a bit earlier to get on the list. An hour later we still weren’t seated. Finally they seat us and we are given one waiter. (Not his fault. He did the best he could)Manager seemed to not care at all about the wait. And how her staff was treating us. Food came out cold except the soup which was scalding hot.All of the checks came out wrong. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had at an Olive Garden. This manager truly needs to step it up. If you see your crew struggling, you should jump in and help. Not to mention…. She not once came to apologize to us after ALL of the mishaps.15 people…. None of us will be back.
Food was awesome, our waitress went above and beyond! Truly stellar! All of this after we got there at 9:30pm, late, so we were all really glad!Taking a star off because no one from the restaurant *staff* was wearing a mask.
Nothing really to complain about from this location. Ordered food to go and had no issues. Received a nice big bowl of soup and yummy bread sticks with our meals. Delicious!
