Always greated by friendly and helpful staff, food is reasonably priced. Portions are great u can usually get 2 meals out of bowl.
First time ever eating in this place and I must admit it puts Chipotle to the challenge. Very very good food but overly priced and extremely expensive! The prices are really unrealistic!
I came here a couple times recently, haven’t been since 2015. Mow Monday after the gym since it’s close to ESPORTA. But this location has not had A/C for a year supposedly. The employees are sweating trying to do the best they can to hold this store together. I feel bad for them, I wouldn’t work a day for a franchise owner like this one. I see why they’re understaffed, starting pay is $10 to work in a hotbox. Always out of beans or chicken. was trying to figure out why the staff looked so tired and fed up, then it clicked: the store isn’t cooling. Maybe get a 2nd opinion on the air condenser or air handler? This store used to be pretty good, but now I won’t return. Peace out ✌️
I went to Moe's yesterday and the steak nachos are always on point. The customer service is awesome and I like they are always cleaning when you come in and speak to you nicely while working. I recommend this location at all times.
Food was good, Facility was DIRTY and just messy. Tables needed cleaning, salsa station was dirty and unkempt.We will continue to enjoy Moe's but not this location.
We stopped here for lunch before a Tiger game yesterday. Staff was friendly and food was quickly served after we ordered. We had two adobo chicken bowls with chips. Food was good and the chips and salsa hit the spot. Restaurant appears to be dated and needs some TLC. Small menu on wall when you enter but enough to fill the hunger. Prices very reasonable and good sized portions.
I love Moe's, but this location is awful. My wife and I have tried it a few times. This last time, all of the salsa was noticeably watered down and tasteless. The soda machine is usually running empty. The majority of the staff skimps out on toppings and is unpleasant when asked for more. From an employee standpoint as well, we have witnessed new staff being trained in a very rude manner - especially if a trainee has a question.
I've only not finished my food from Moe's a couple of times. I wasn't even given a lot of food and had to throw it away. Everything besides the chips tasted like it had been left out since the day prior and upset my stomach, glad I didn't eat everything.
I've never been shoved aside as bad as I was just now. I'm still standing here and there is literally no one here. I've been here for a few minutes and I told the young lady which Uber order I was here for. She proceeds to tell me there's 2 or 3 orders ahead of the one I'm here for yet none of them are here. Your employees are paid an hourly wage. I work on commission.. is it not common knowledge and proper protocol to complete the order thats already here which is only one item? Name tag isn't visible but she's the only female here. The young man working came around her to complete my Uber order. She appears to be a high schooler who needs some more training since she was hearing a Lakeland highschool jacket. Stops like this make me want to stick to just ubering people.
