Nice clean, well located McDonald's. Staff was very helpful with the order, which cameout fast.
Can honestly say this location is the best. Always fast service and food is hot and fresh
Went inside on a long trip to get shakes. Me, my husband, and 2 kids stood at the register forever and not one employee said a word to us and one other lady had to get onto them bc the girl got rude with her. A guy was mopping and ONE other person in the restaurant and 1 person in the drive thru. I don't mind waiting but we waited awhile, went to the bathrooms, came back and not a single "hello, be with you in a minute"....after all we waited we left with nothing...good way to close...ignore your customers and hope they leave. Does corporate not see all these bad rreviews?? They should be ashamed
On 6/4/2022 I stop to buy two happy meals for the 5&6 years old daughters, to my surprise when one of my daughters show me that she got a drawing of a rocket on her napkin, let me tell you that was not a rocket. I stop the next day to have a talk with a manager and express my feelings of how inappropriate this was. I have not received not even an apology for this situation from the general manager.
It’s 9:15 pm - I worked a 16 hour shift today. I have enough time to stop and pick up something to eat, put gas in my truck, go home and go to bed so I can start again in 8 hours.I stoped at the Highlands McDonalds and it was disgusting. I drove to the gas station to fuel up - tried the ice cold fries and ice cold cheeseburger. Threw it away and had a dang hotdog from the gas station.If the kids want to close early I guess you should let them. I should have known when it took a couple minutes for someone to talk and then she sounded disgusted that I was there - so that’s my fault I should have left.
40 min for a happy meal!!! They would take 3 orders on the other side before they asked for my order. Over and beyond annoyed. I didn’t even get the extra fry I ordered.
Nice wee McDonalds serving the usual McDonalds food. The servers were polite. Plenty of parking available. The toilets were clean.
Very unprofessional and my Order is never right! And I believe they refried my nuggets about 4 times before they served them to me…. Could do so much better!! Honestly this location should be shut down?♀️
I ordered a spicy ckn sandwich meal and a reg ckn sandwich.. the picture was of a nice size sandwich with Lettuce, tomatoes ,falling over the edges and large crispy fries...Wellll... the ckn sandwich was tiny, NO Lettuce, NO tomatoes, 2 sad little pickles and the bread was drenched in a hot sauce that made it totally soggy! We got off the highway to eat. Went through the drive thru and got back on the highway...this was a big disgusting disappointment! We could NOT eat this mess. Plus the cold, undercooked fries was the final slap.PLEASE DO BETTER. I ONLY EAT OUT WHEN I MUST. I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEPENDABLE...SHAME.I WANT MY MONEY BACK. $15.82
People are friendly but as most Mc Donalds in Lkld Fla the order is usually wrong & 85% of the time the ice cream, smoothie machines are out of order. Very discouraging.
