I was in the area and in the mood for some McDonald’s. I stopped to go through the drive through. The line was super long, but the staff here managed it beautifully. The line moved fairly quickly. The staff kept the line moving, the food order was very accurate, and good quality. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be eating here again.
By far one of the SADEST McDonald’s I have eaten in, manager is like a chicken with her head cut off running all over the place, while I was waiting for my food seen one client leave and another come from outside to get sandwiches done right. Bread was old breaking in pieces, NO SWEET tea in dining area (EMPTY) soda was FLAT had to get some good soda from drive through cashier. And to be honest cook and cashiers look like they are kids that only know how to PLAY Games on their phones not serios employees , one young lady STOOD out SHE knew her game and was helping BOTH register guys.
As usual they can't seem to get out of their own way, to get the job done. Too busy sitting on counters and visiting with friends than doing their jobs. 5 people in store working and no one could either bring us out two drinks or come out to tell us they were currently being serviced and offer us something else??
Very slow. Made a mistake on my order when I took it up to tell them about the mistake i waited 20 minutes before I asked for my money back. They didn't offer to compensate me for the mess up. So I returned to the counter to order another Mc griddle the manager said it was $4.01. The change that I got for the wrong order was 3.49 cents.
Waited over 15 minutes alone to order and was boxed in so I couldn't leave,figured I might as well order once I got to the order box since I was hungry and had already waited that long. Took almost 10 more minutes just to get the food,so almost 25 minutes waiting in line. Finally go to eat and my order is wrong, my fries and cheeseburger are cold and my frappe was a melted mess. Not the first bad experience with this McDonald's but I'd forgotten how bad it was in the evenings. Breakfast is usually quick. 2 stars for breakfast. 0 stars for tonight.
I don’t know what’s going on this Tuesday 5/31/22. Ordered on tower because the entire focus of everyone working is the drive thru. Waited 15 min. 4 or 5 people waiting ahead of me. No exaggeration. Started to feel light headed. Left without the food. Went to Wendy’s across the street. Was eating in under 4 min. Their lost at that McDonald’s. Nobody running the store.
They messed up our order to the point where I refused to eat any of it. I didn't want to be rude and hold up the drive thru and open the sandwiches to make sure they are correct. But now I see why everyone does it.
Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. If you're driving I-4 toward Orlando, go to the off of exit 44. Much better experience. This is the closest to McDonald's to us, it's on our way to work. But they mess up our order every time.
When I order food I really like hot food 80% of the time it’s warm not hot . I love McDonald’s food especially when it on my way to work and love the breakfast but not always hot I have stomach problems when it come to semi warm food my stomach doesn’t tolerate it especially with semi warm fries cuz u can start to taste the Grease and their very slow getting peoples food out or attending to people in line at drive thru
Walk up check both doors lobby was closed for some reason at 5pm. A lady and her kid were inside eating. everyone behind the counter saw me standing there for about 3 min's, without saying a word, the lady inside had to relay a message to me after asking them. no cars in a Drive-Thru. Not sure how you run a business like that and profit. Everyone in on Saturday May 7th 2022 at 5:00pm should be fired or go through some extensive retraining.
