Mobile ordered app didn’t work so went through the drive through. Then got told to park in the mobile order parking parked there for a while. Had no one come out with the order. Went inside and had to give them the back up code and the food wasn’t even ready. Now currently waiting on the food to be made 20 minutes later…. Not a good experience.3 stars added because the customer service inside was great!
I had a really good experience because I had trouble with my mobile app so I had to go in and the customer service representative was actually amazing help me above and beyond and the food was nice and hot
I love double cheeseburgers when I need a quick meal for lunch while on the road, which was the case today as I had to pick up my contacts on my lunch break. I stopped by and ordered on the kiosk and waited patiently. My drink was half melted by the time I got it and the double cheeseburger was not only on the wrong type of bun, as it felt like they put the two small patties on a bun suited for a quarter pounder, it was bone dry. It’s like they sprinkled onion on it and almost forgot ketchup entirely. It’s also worth mentioning the sandwich was barely even wrapped up. Highly disappointed in this locations ability to make food correctly.
I like to eat here. Good bargains with amp..and rewards given. Always clean. Senior drinks are child size...come on we deserve at least a med. We go way back to all those Golden arches and 25¢ burgers. Free coffee or drink with meal would be very welcoming to us older customers.. can't get over given kid size drinks for like 20 cent cheaper.
Went here this past Friday, ordered my fave: a filet-o-fish meal add lettuce, tomato & slivered onions. I opened the box and the sandwich was a FREAKING DISASTER! The contents of the sandwich were literally just haphazardly thrown in the box, with little to no effort or concern as to whether or not it would end up on the bread. The filet was sliding off one side of the bun, while the cheese was comically placed on the cardboard box itself, melted to it in fact, with only the last quarter of it, ever so gently resting on the bun. The 3 tiny tomato slices were stacked one on top of the other, as opposed to the insanity of distributing them evenly on the surface. Lettuce, onions & tartar sauce were generously placed under the top bun, in the box, under the bottom bun... so that there was absolutely no way NOT TO GET IT ALL OVER MY HANDS! Needless to say, I had to rebuild my own sandwich.I wish I could say it was just an isolated event at this location but this seems to be the standard for throwing sandwiches together across the board @ McDonald's. Do better man.
Nothing but unsupervised teenagers running the place dropping F bombs like commas in front of front of customers. Employees look right at you as you walk up to order and ignore you until you have to interrupt their conversation about how much they hate their jobs! Fries tasted like cold greasy cardboard. Come inside you get ignored go through drive through and get parked!!!!
Don't waste your time here. We have been sitting in one of 4 stalls for over 30 minutes with all stalls full. Lost our business! This place needs new management and people who can work a drive thru.
New employees seem to have made a big improvement. They are actually nice and smile now. Food still taste bland and I want the steak bagel to come back which was good.
Everything was very clean. The front counter help was very friendly and fast. Our breakfast was hot and delicious. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit and chicken biscuit.
Such a great experience food was Fresh The Manager Tanner an his Team was great ?Wish all McDonald's was like this...
