If you like being treated like a dirtbag this is your restaurant because that's how they treat their customers in the lobby. Lobby is filthy, they are out of tea and many other condiments they really don't care about your experience. I won't be back to this location. If you don't believe me come to this lobby and order some food.
The dining room was dirty. They did not clean any of the tables before I got there while I was there and I was there for approximately 1 hour. The bathroom was just as dirty. I'm just glad I didn't get sick from the food. But the customer service was good. I should have just gave it a three-star because of the dirtiness but I be willing to give this McDonald's a try again just to see if it was just a bad day.
This McDonalds is the one I like out of all in my area, today nobody cold help me. Had a problem with getting my points on my app and even the manager said I don't know and really don't care if you get your points. They also ran out of all soda. The girl behind the inside register I have to assume was new because she was clueless, forgot to make my 2nd milkshake and didn't know where the drink holders where. There usually pretty good there, helpful and friendly - not today. Hopefully today was an off day.
I've never had a cold burger from mcdonalds, but today was the first. I live 5 mins from here. The quarter pounder was cold, not even room temp by the time I got home from the drivethrough. Save youself the hassle and go to the Wendys right down the street. Or the Mcdonalds close to the highway
If I could give 0 stars I would. We just got off work and stopped by McDonald’s around 9:50pm. We ordered 6 $2 cheeseburgers and the guy on the headset starting telling his associates, “we should just leave” “there’s 6 cheeseburgers on this orders” “I want to leave”. Very unprofessional and is very miserable at his job, maybe he shouldn’t work here then. Get a better job. Really upset me because I also work retail and would never treat customers that way.
They always short my order. I've probably gave them $50 in the last year from food I paid for and didn't receive. The last time I went they shorted me 4 hashbrowns. How do you forget all the hashbrowns?
A good place to go when you are really hungry. They are polite sweet and fast and very patient. Oh and kind as well. May God bless them all.
I'm going to start driving further to go to a different McDonald's because this one is always terrible. Long wait times. And the food is not fresh. I would rather drive further for a better experience and better customer service.
Tonight 6.11.22 at 11:50p I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins to finally place my order and was told only taking cash(which I only had cards) I ask the lady for corporate # which I was ignored so I waited 5 more mins & nothing so I called inside and spoke to someone who stated if I wanted the corporate # I can find it on the McDonald's cup I then explained I was unable to place a order and can she just get the number off the cup, she then started making smart comments and finally gave me the number & when I ask for her name she stated she does not have to give me her name & hung up. I drove around to the 2nd window and ask for a manager and sadly it was the same person which still refused to give me her name and started arguing with me and called me a [email protected] more then once. I was able to take a picture if her to show because I have never seen someone in a manager position on top of it to argue with a customer plus call them a name. if Camara can be pulled it was between 11:50 to 12midnigjht. I will be going into the restaurant first thing in the morning as well as trying to get a corporate # and her name to make a real complaint. Very rude disrespectful and just out right nasty manager ? Also no name tag on at all!! it was another employee witness big make black guy and the manager was a black woman.
I waited over 30 minutes for my food , they encourage you to do curbside with the McDonald’s app but then sit there and take 10 times longer than if I were to go through the drive thru
