This location is supposed to be 24 hours. Imagine my surprise when I pull through on my way to work and am told that they're 'closed at the moment.' Unfortunately, this isn't my only bad experience with this location, just the most recent. If they needed to close due to an emergency, they certainly could have handled things better than a terse statement in the drive through.
This has to be the worst McDonald’s in America. For real. Maybe they pride themselves on this. I don’t know. I have had many experiences where the food has been cold. Never fresh ever; the buns fall apart like they have been sitting around for weeks. Very salty. They always mess up my order. They don’t listen to costumers. The girl literally asked me if I want a receipt and I said yes, and she said have a nice day (mind you this was a little after 9 pm) and didn’t even give me a receipt and told me I said I didn’t want one when I just answered her yes. Please don’t waste your time giving these people your money. There’s another franchise about 7 minutes away. GPS that location and take the time to go there. I’ve had enough and will never be going to this place ever again.
Stopped in Lakeland by I-4 for a late night meal. The food was as good as ever, but the carryout line was slow as expected. Although the window staff were very cheerful at 11:00 PM.
Please DO NOT! waste your time or money coming here. This location is complete trash! I came here to order something fairly SIMPLE! Large fry and vanilla cone. From the time I paid to getting my food 10 minutes had already past and my SIMPLE order wasn't ready. I was handed some barely warm fries that tasted horrible like they have been sitting out for a while. I kindly asked for another large fry but freshly made and I'd be happy to wait. The person at the window was combative kept questioning me about why the fries weren't ok. She finally went to whoever to say whatever I said and came back with some fresh fries in a medium fry container. I this point I'm livid cause I PAID for a fresh large fry! I calmly tell the lady this is not what I ordered and showed her my receipt. She goes back to tell whoever in corner what I said and comes back with a small tiny fry and says have a nice day. I look at her and repeat myself. THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!! She said says she did the calculation and a small and a medium equals a large........ What is soooooo hard about giving me simply what I PAID for. She goes back again for 3rd time to tell the manager and then the manager comes to the window with a stank attitude and asks for the bags back and puts them inside and then goes to prepare MY LARGR FRY. I did not feel comfortable accepting any food from them at this point because of the manager’s attitude. I told the crew member to just give me a complete refund because I don't want no one to tamper with me food because they have an attitude. She takes me card and only refunds me for the large fry. Unbelievable. . . . . Please don't spend any of your money here. There are only children working here and the young manager has a serious attitude problem. If you don’t like your job, you should really find another one!!!!!!! Please my initial receipt, the refund and then the last receipt where I went to another McDonalds and they provided excellent customer service and HOT FRESH FRIES and you can actually read what the receipt says!!! UNLIKE THIS TRASH LOCATION!!!!
It was nearing midnight and we were traveling back to St. Pete on I-4 after having spent the day in Orlando. We were hungry and very thirsty. In one of the Interstate sign we were glad to see a McDonald's sign that said "Open 24hrs". We pulled up to the drive thru and were informed that they were only taking Delivery Orders... excuse me what? The employee said "we are only taking orders for delivery services like uber eats, door dash, etc.." Then you should take your 24hr sign off the Interstate.
Awesome spot. Food was fast. My order was correct. Can't ask for more from McDonald's.
I ordered the bacon quarter pounder meal (Lg) and 2 chicken sandwich with extra bacon, Lg Mango pineapple smoothie. All the food was cold, I wanted fries with no salt and they were salty.. Already had to wait to hours for my food.
For 12-16 dollars per hour the least they can do is get your order right. Nothing like ordering a sausage Mc Muffin and getting to work and you have a chicken Mc Griddle. Happens way too often. Maybe Robots will be better than 15$ per hour humans idk.
Charged fo an item and had to get a replacement item. Cashier should have been told milk shake machine wasn't working. Child wanted milk shake with fries. Won't be back for a while.
Enjoyed a quick bite on my way back to Orlando. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Quick service and back out the door to the next adventure
