Ordered quarter pounder and medium iced coffee no flavoring. Asked for recept from employee accepting payment. Was told that was given at the next window...Next window given food items and directed to drive forward. Car in front of me blocking way. I assume waiting for food item. Hmmm?? Later sipped the iced coffee. No flavor or sugar. Ordered countless iced coffees from McDonalds never had no flavors resulted in no sugar????? No receipt in bag. Drove back around. Told employee taking $$. She scolded me and said no flavor means no sugar. Told me to move to next window. Explained again. Next window employee also told me no flavor means no sugar. I was getting frustrated and explained again I had been to many different McDonalds with this same order and never had it result in no sugar. Woman clearly annoyed rolled her eyes and gave me another cup with simple syrup in it to add to my drink. Will never go to that McDonalds again...
Oh my goodness, I recommend this place so much even though I had some tough in the past, this one was the bomb! Nice manager, our food was very good, hot, and fresh. It was so good, we had to call the manager and tell a compliment. I seriously recommend this place!
Rude manager.I asked for a cheeseburger with mustard cheese and pickle only, when I went to check the burger there was Mayo slopped all over the paper and it got all over my hand and inside the wrapper. I told them in the drive through there was Mayo all over it, and asked for a new burger after giving them the one with Mayo. After being asked to pull forward here comes the manager with the SAME burger to tell me there was no Mayo on it, literally while I still had Mayo covered napkins in my lap, and after the people in the window saw Mayo all over my hands…like, yes I’d like to hand you back this burger for a new one, so you can make me pull forward to wait for you to come out with an attitude and the SAME burger. If she always acts like this towards people I’m surprised she has a job, but not surprised it’s at a McDonald’s that can’t get a burger order fixed without further issues.
How I’m the heck do I have to call or let them know EVERY single time I go to visit to please make my food fresh because I do not want to go back around! And EVERY SINGLE time even if I asked and they say okay sure will my nuggets or fries are STALE and never fresh! And everyone is always so rude!
Well thought I would try a different McDonald's than Arianna so I went to Edgewood and Florida Ave in Lakeland fl. Same dam scenario no ice cream, must be owned by the same person. So if you want a shake or anything else made with ice cream skip this place and Arianna. Had to warm both items, thank goodness I have an air fryer. Next time I'll find a Burger King or Wendy's. Trash these 2 McDonald's, unfriendly, Luke warm food and no ice cream.
This location is always spot on with my orders. Staff is always super friendly here, and the food is always quick, fresh, and delicious. One of the nicer McDonalds around the area.
Love this McDonalds. I have to go a little extra out of my way to come to this one because the McDonalds closest to me does not have good service or fresh food. This McDonalds has a pleasant staff, hot fresh food and is always fast with my orders. Never had any problems with the drive thru, curbside or inside.
If I could give a zero star review I would today I went through the drive-through today Monday, 20 February 2022 to get a breakfast sandwich a coffee and then to have them replace my burrito meal that I drove off without about a week and a half ago. That day we had several breakfast meals and got all the drinks I think we even received most the hashbrowns BUT The two burritos were not in the bag. So we were at home we called spoke to a woman who was very nice she asked me my name and said she’ll put it in “the book” for a replacement another time. That time was today and guess what my name wasn’t in “the book” and you want to know what the general manager told me I was supposed to remember her name when I called. She said who did you speak to? I said I have no idea unfortunately I do not remember what her name was.... she said well then we can’t help you because we can’t find your name in the book. I laughed and said OK I tell you what it’s two breakfast breakfast burritos and a hash brown...... since you won’t honor for forgetting it in my previous visit and you don’t believe me because I don’t remember “the name” of the woman I talk to I’ll tell you what I make about $61,000 a year so I’ll just forget about your dumb burritos that you owe me and from now on I will eat breakfast somewhere else. We live three houses down the road. I’ll never come back to your establishment. She said OK and nodded her head as I drove away.So I definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and I definitely would recommend that if you drive away and they DO forget something turn right around immediately and if you don’t at least make sure you remember the name of the person you talk to.McDonalds sucks but this one really sucks
I mostly go to McDonald's for the Caramel Frappes! Sometimes I buy Happy Meals for my grandchildren and my son. I have never met anyone who doesn't love McDonald's.
Rude customer service from the drive through window to receiving food. Couldn’t hear associate when ordering she did not say a word not even after I said thank you just closed window and proceeded to be on phone and same thing at the next window singing and not a word after I said thank you!
