Not even going to lie not my first or second choice for pizza. Tried something new by coming here and lets keep it PG-13 not for me or my wallet.
Ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza without mushrooms, instead we got a pizza covered in mushrooms and no steak. Grandmother is allergic to mushrooms so we threw the pizza away and called for a new one. Fast forward an hour later - new pizza arrives. Driver then says “where’s the wrong pizza, my boss said we have to eat our mistake” I told him we threw it out and his response was “yeah, yeah! Yeah right!” As he walks to his car and speeds off.Had the rude driver listened instead of storming off like a mad toddler I would have gladly dug it out of the trash can.I didn’t want a free pizza bro, I wanted what I ordered and paid for.Horrible customer service. Will never order from here again.
The staff was super cool and helped me out asap and made my pizza mad fast so I was definitely happy and also got a coupon for a free pizza definitely wi be going back it’s been years since I tried Marcos again
My ratings always reflect whether I can buy gluten free. Marcos only offers gluten free pizza in Maryland. Howebre, Marcos in Florida offers pizza bowls -- all of the toppings, sauce and cheese, (No gluten) -- served in a csrry-out tray. My spouse who does not need to eat gluten free days the pizza is very good.

I really love Marcos Pizza but this store is really bad. I ordered a thin crust pizza last week. A regular crust shows up. Guy on the phone was preoccupied during the call. Ok it’s only pizza I let the store know the person at the store said I will give you a credit for your next pizza. Cool no problem. I order another pizza today and the guy says that will be 13.00 or 14.00 dollars? The only thing I added was a 2 litter of pop. If you screw up an order and want to make it right then don’t charge for tax, delivery fee and other fees on a free pizza because your team screwed up the original order. Looks like they need a new manager or owner to provide training for the team in customer retention.
great brand great product love their Pizza. one of my two favorite chain pizzas ever. don't forget you can order a large made into an extra large or an extra large made into a large if you want your dough thicker or thinner
