3rd time I walked into this location to order pizza and order was taken by Karley who has no sense of customer service, down talks to other employee in front of the manager and rolls her eyes in front of customers and manager accepts it. Tried to order $9.99 special with one topping and add additional topping but told me I couldn’t do it. Thought it would be good for an employee to do an upsale on a special by adding another topping to my special but refused to do it. Nothing but attitude not just with me but with every person who walks in the door. Needs to go back to customer service and brush up on her skills. This comes from someone who use use to own a pizzeria in Lakeland.

I gave them 3 stars because it didn’t taste horrible. However, I ordered 15 buffalo wings and got 13 bbq. Being able to follow an order is one of the main basic roles in customer service in my personal opinion. Also probably not just my opinion but if you pay for something (15 wings) you should get your moneys worth since the food is already overpriced. I will say the guy(s) I spoke to were really nice. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but I had to call because of an error with my delivery address and he was super nice and helpful. The delivery driver Brad was super nice and made me laugh. I won’t be ordering from here again though because it was super mediocre and I was annoyed with the wing issue.

A little overpriced for what you get. I really wasn't thrilled with the quality

We haven’t ordered Marco’s in years. It was decent back then. Seems like the wheels have fallen off since we last had it. We ordered The Philly pizza and a 15 piece order of BBQ chicken wings. It was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. In fact, I’m currently doing my best to keep it down but I’m not sure if my efforts will pay off. The wings were baked and completely soggy. I got two of them down before I gave up. We won’t be ordering from Marco’s again. They need to revamp their kitchen and how they make their food.

In exchange for your easily remedied decision to leave your "open" sign on -- and, more importantly, to have open "Easter hours" listed in Google Places -- even though you are indeed closed, you have earned my decision not to try your store for pizza in the future. One more Lakeland failure. No, COVID was not and certainly is not an excuse. No, a lack of staff is not an excuse. Your management is terrible if you can't turn off the normal Lakeland selfishness enough to update your hours to reflect when you're actually open. If you were less selfish, you wouldn't regard Easter as a time just to do what you want, but also as a time to care for others. Interesting that Christianity is associated with compassion and concern for others. Happy Easter, and good luck earning other people's business. With prayers for your improved professionalism.

I usually order pizza from Marco's but today decided to order subs instead. Never had one so I took a chance and I will never do that again. They barely had any tomatoes, onions or peppers on them and the lettice was wrapped in foil smashed at the bottom of the bag. They were all around awful. If I'm spending $44 for subs they should be the best subs in town. Totally disappointed and next time I want subs I'll go to Jimmy John's.

Placed a togo online. My order was ready when it stated, the food was hot and delicious. I will be going back.

I used to love Marcos but after tonight I'll just get Pizza Hut. Our driver disregarded the sauces on our order. We called the location immediately to get it resolved and were told that he would be back out with them. At the 30min mark of waiting, I called the restaurant to ask as to his wearabouts. I was told he did 2 other deliveries and was sure he put those sauces in the boxes with our order. He didn't put them in OUR order. He may have put them in someone else's but not ours. Supposedly he's still coming here but I'm doubtful. Pizza and wings are now room temperature. I'm incredibly disappointed in this location. The woman answering the phone really couldn't care less. The driver clearly doesn't care at all even though he's at fault.Update the sauces just got delivered 1hr after our food was delivered.

We usually order weekly but lately our experience hasn't been very good. Last couple of times our pizza comes cold over 30 minutes over estimated delivery time . Really miss the better experience we grew to love. Definitely going to support other local places after this last attempt. Still waiting on tonight's delivery and over it.

To be honest, I didn't think I would eat Marco's again... A few years s back, I tried their pizza and thought it was bland, and dry... But when I ate it again all these years later, they have definitely improved! Their crust was very soft and chewable, the sauce flavorful and not to acidic. The restaurant atmosphere was also very relaxing. 10/10 from me chief
