The server Michael was awesome!! The food was great and came out fast
For a slow rainy Saturday afternoon there were an awful lot of dirty tables. I would have expected to find the place spotless in that downpour! There was a food runner or other server who helped bring out our entrees and she literally dropped my plate on the edge of the table and had I not caught it, it would have been in my lap. She said it was heavy?? Maybe she should use a tray instead of free carrying 3 plates next time. So be carry of food delivery.At any rate our main server was great, food was amazing and we had a good time.
Late afternoon on a Sunday. 15 min wait to be seated. Nubi was our fabulous waitress! Food arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly as expected. Thank you Longhorn for not cutting corners ever!
Ive been to several longhorns and never had a bad experience.But unfortunately tonight nothing went right.,?I ordered the lamb chops and my friend ordered a burger medium well.When the food was bought to our table the Burger was undercooked ..so we sent it back.It took about 20 min plus to get new burger meanwhile my lambchops had gotten cold waiting on the burger to come out??♀️It was a total mess!The manager came out and apologized for everything. He made everything right.Longhorns is a great place to go and usually the service is excellentMoral of this is even though I had a bad experience I will always love longhorn
The one star is for the apologetic busser. After an hour wait our party of 5 was squeezed onto a table wedged between the restrooms and server station. Everyone that walked by bumped into us and our server or the manager did NOTHING to fix it. 45 min later we were served cold food and the steak was overcooked. The server never came back until she brought the check. OM gosh... terrible. Telling everyone I know!
Most of the time I give 5 stars bc of the service and quality of food. Im giving 3 stars today bc of my food and service. So when I got there I was seated right away bc I was by myself. That was great! My server Austin, came and took my drink order, came back a few mins later with my drink and asked if I wanted a starter and I said no thanks, the bread will be fine. Took my order, I asked for The Longhorn, which is a 22oz Porterhouse, Med. Well, he said that has a little pink in the middle, and I nodded and said yes sir. I asked for a Caesar salad. Salad came, great! Started eating, 2 mins later my steak comes out and the waitress looked alittle confused but handed me the steak, talk about feeling rushed! I put the salad aside and started on the steak, well needless to say it was under cooked, it was Medium, but it tasted good, so I ate it. Austin only came by the table twice, once to ask if I needed anything, basically right after I started eating the steak and 2nd time to see if I wanted the check.Now I have been to this place a few times and never had service like this! Its always been top notch! I think they need to retrain Austin on what good Customer Service is!
Steak was delicious but the salads which we paid extra for were so small! How can they charge 4:00 for a teeny tiny salad with 3 slivers of shredded cheese???? Plastic box wasn't even filled. Brussel sprouts were supposed to be "crunchy" not drenched in oil/greasiness and literally burnt. Stick to steak only
Doing better, staff is a bit slow waitress barely came to our table but food was great, the bread was a little dry but doing better, great food and atmosphere
Ordered ribeye med rare, it came out med well, waitress commented that is was over cooked, sent back waited over 10 minutes by that time my husband had finished his meal. Manager brought steak out it was very rare, he commented he would personally take it back and put it back on the grill. I said no. I ended up boxing it up and bringing it home and cooked in microwave. No other apologies given, no credit offered. Nothing. Longhorn is our go to place for good steaks, but not this time, and maybe a long time. I mean they have one thing to get right and that is steaks. Very disappointed
Had a large group and everyone was very helpful. Servers were fast and courteous. Manager was willing to accomadate both elderly and small children. Wonderful birthday celebration for my dad!
