Waited a whole fvckinh hour for ONE pizza, you're SUPPOSED to receive an email about the pizza being done. Didn't get an email went inside and guess what they had the pizza right there a whole hour wasted for nothing. I wanted to just go home but no guess not. OH LOOK I get home AND ITS NOT EVEN CUT WHAT.A.JOKE.
My pizzas have always been good, nothing ever forgotten, mobile orders usually done in ten minutes or less
The people that work in this restaurant routinely act like they don't know what they're doing. And it isn't due to a lack of staff either. There's usually 6 or 7 employees running around like headless chickens. They have absolutely no clue as to whose order has and hasn't been taken, much less whose order is whose. They literally talk in acronyms that none of the customers understand (i.e.: referring to cheese bread as "I.C.B." which I guess means Italian cheese bread, or refer to "extra most best pepperoni" as "E.M.P.") and customers are standing around looking at each other like "What?", and the employee repeats the same nonsense, to which the customer (after waiting 20 minutes for a pepperoni pizza) just gives up and is like "yeah, whatever" which inevitably leads to the customer getting the wrong order. I guess I'm the clown for returning to this clown show on more than 1 occasion... ?
The worse place in Lakeland, this place is disgusting the lady in the front a spanish black hair lady so disgusting, this place is nasty, don’t waste your time coming to this place, pizzas were missing pieces and when you say something the lady say I will throw it in the trash in a bad face, people waited for 30 minutes plus while other people left, she was Rude and a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE, no wonder why she has a bad attitude maybe her life is miserably and tries to makes everybody’s life the same..
Advertising a special that they do not honor. The employee refused to honor the special, told me that another customer got upset that they wouldn't honor the same special to.I told the employee that at least they should take the sign down if they're not going to honor it and she ignored it and shrugged It off while I assume to be a manager a male stood over her and did nothing about the issue also. I was fulfilling my grandkids Pizza wishes. Regardless we were going to have a good time and we did. I ordered a thin crisp bacon and cheese pizza which was hot and fresh and served with not fresh pepperoni and cheese pizza and cheese pizza smh. Management and customer service at its worst.Come on guys get it together your service and quality of food is what makes your paycheck because it keeps us coming back. I have over 1 million 400 Google reviews and less then 10 with NEGATIVE reviews. I'm a very positive person and point out the positives. This time no, I asked the cashier at least three times about honoring what their advertising not only her but management totally ignored me. I wasn't making an issue because my grandchildren were there and honestly it was pointless because they wasn't hearing it ???!

We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and Italian cheesebread and waited 30 minutes! when asking about our food the cashier got really rude and then told me I wasn't allowed to have my service animal. I told her she could give me my food and I wouldn't be there at all and that I find it hard to believe I wasn't allowed my service animal. She continued to be rude and said she was going to get the manager so I said, please do. Manager came out and said no service animals allowed as per the GM- I again restated that I find that very hard to believe since it's a federal law. I got the regional supervisor on the phone who confirmed what I already knew that I am allowed my service animal and he had no idea why they would say that. To make matters worse the manager in the store was trying to tell me to "scoot my chair over" about a foot so I would be sitting in the corner, when I was already in the chair at the farthest end of the store, then he stood there waiting as if I was going to move the chair down! I asked if he could just get my food so I could leave. Other customers were waiting just to order food while the girl was busy talking with friends. A lady came in about 20 minutes after us and ordered the exact same thing and they gave it right to her! Noone in the store even bothered to apologize for the long delay in our food! Worst customer service experience I've ever had!
My children loved their last minute dinner. It was easy enough to stop in, order, wait two minutes, pay, and walk out. We got three pizzas, one breadstick side, and a bunch of dipping sauces for only $26. I'll have to surprise them again for that price. Thank you for the experience.
Doesn’t taste like it used to, but nothing does once you get my age. Great service and great pizza.
