I love this ice cream shop! The staff is friendly and I’ve never had to wait long for good service. They switch flavors regularly so you can never get bored of the menu. I tried ice cream nachos today and they were AMAZING!

Took my daughter out for a Valentine's date and it was just what we needed. This was such a fun place tucked away in the strip mall. When I say "fun", I'm talking "bubble gum" ice cream from back in the day and "C is for Cookie" cookie dough ice cream as blue as the cookie monster ? I did find some ice chips in my ice cream, but that just reminded me of the ice cream I used to get at camp grounds growing up so it actually didn't bother me at all. With that being said, the ice cream was actually NOT icy believe it or not. Also, I think it's important to add how fairly priced this place is! Extremely affordable, even when adding toppings!

This is how I remember Baskin-Robbin in the old days when they offered 31 flavors of ice cream. Every flavor we have tasted at Lakeland Ice Cream so far has been excellent.
Lakeland ice cream is by far the best place for ice cream in Polk county, the young man isaac was absolutely very helpful and respectful even with a busy crowd working by himself he did well, and most importantly no one bothered me about a mask as other places in the area, this is what Florida is about FREEDOM.
