I gave 1 star and that's a compliment, the cashier was very rude and nasty she yelled at me from the beginning i tought she was taking a drive trough order so i asked are you asking me she yelled yes im talking to you do you see anyone else, we asked for no pickels and no onions the cashier said we can't do that but we can try our best to scrape them off while they were preparing our order I heard the cook tell her we can't do no pickels no onions the cashier said I told them that the pickels are on the top of cheese no scraping necessarily, wish i had taken a picture never had that problem at other krystals you lost a customer. Will not be back and will tell others not to go
Ordered burgers and fries through doordash and the burgers arrived cold and crusty like they have been sitting out for hours. The cheese was sweaty and unmelted. The fries arrived warm and tasted good. Never order from here late at night. The night crew has no idea what they are doing and they are going to end up getting someone seriously ill.
Food was luke warm, not made with love or pride at all. They had specials that the employees should have mentioned that would saved their customers some money.
Very messy!! Onions everywhere!!! Burgers just thrown together.Short staffed which is understandable.Nice employee at drive thru window though.
Really wanted some Krystal Burgers without onions since I completely hate them and was told they could be scrapped off they are all cooked in onions. So I guess they don't cook any special orders fresh. Had to settle for chicks. I've been to other Krystals and have had fresh burgers before, so I don't know what the big issue was maybe they were to busy as I had to wait an additional 10 min for my chicks.
FOR SUCH A YOUNG STAFF. I BELIEVE THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. FOOD WAS GREAT.
I think the fact that I have been craving Krystals for over a decade now is influencing my review a little. I was also dying for chili cheese pups which were not as good as I remembered. Took a very long time to get food, not sure if that's the norm. Not necessarily friendly at ordering but if you have a decade old crave it's not like you are going to drive away. Might only deserve 3 to 3.5 stars, next time there will decide a lot.
Krystal Burger I like those little birds I like all their burgers but they have a breakfast special there that's like three eggs and coffee and grits and toes and bacon or sausage it's it's really good it's modern price so this is great for an individuals and
The manager or whoever was taking orders at the drive thru (3/11/22 9:38 pm) was extremely rude and unprofessional not only to me but other customers as well as my door dash customer who called me after speaking with the manager, who she said was also extremely rude and hung up on my customer mid-call. And she didn’t give me my customers full order and was still being condescending over another phone call. She needs to be dealt with immediately.
I went to this Krystal last weekend since I'd not had Krystals in years and loved their chiks. I will save time and summarize. Employee: Not polite Wait time: 14 minutes Food Food: not hot, no longer chicken breast but pressed meat, one bun wet and soggy. one if the chiks so tough it was inedible, no pickles, almost no mayo. Conclusion: One of the worst fast food experiences ever. No receipt given. Complained on the website with no response. Please do not eat here.
