I'm giving 3 stars because I haven't had an issue before. This is more of a warning for people who have a shell fish allergy. Their House Lo Mein and the Happy Family dishes both contain shellfish. There are no listed ingredients for either of those dishes. I'm so happy I noticed before I served my child the Lo Mein or the Happy Family. Or this would have been a long night in the E.R.
I order from King's Wok a couple times a month and always enjoy my food. I love the shrimp with mixed vegetables and get it every time because it's so good. The meal contains five huge shrimp and is loaded with veggies. The sauce the meal is cooked with is so tasty and the container is packed. I can barely finish as there is so much food. My husband likes the beef and broccoli and pepper steak and onions. Yummy!!
I'm giving 3 stars simply out of kindness. I've been there 3 times and all visits combined don't quite even deserve the 3. Ordered different things each time so I wouldn't jump to conclusions on one visit. Today's visit I ordered the chicken Chop Suey. It's pretty bad when you have to wash your dinner through a colander because the sauce is so thick and gooey. Along with the noodles being stale and rice is just rice. Last visit Chicken rice soup, Egg Foo young and fried won tons, won tons were greasy, egg Foo young was not completely cooked and again rice is rice. I'm sure this restaurant will continue doing great business being located in a Publix Plaza but it really would be nice if they stepped up.their game. Oh, and my first visit you would wonder why I gave it two more tries. I believe in second and third shots but I'll be spending my money elsewhere in the future I shouldn't have to wash my dinner to make it edible
Horrible the worse experience in a Burbon chicken rice all mooching like water the chicken did not tasted ice chicken like anther kind of animal it was bad I please don't order from there
They are a bit pricey compared to others but food is pretty good
First and last time trying this place out. Spent $40 on lunch (which is expensive for what you get, I think. Lunch specials only come with a soda). This was in my meal and cut the inside of my mouth! Thank goodness my 4 year old or parents didn't experience this. Going to throw the rest of for away. Who knows what else is in there.
We ordered Spicy General Tso and it was not spicy at allNeither was the Ta Chien Chicken. Rice had no taste Yuck it was gross
Food is always hot which is very important to me. Great food in taste quality and quantity. Reasonably priced.
Steamed Dumplings gave my wife and daughter food poisoning. We always have Chinese food on Thanksgiving eve. Guess we will need to rethink that, as my wife and daughter spent that night and all of Thanksgiving Day with Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps, etc. Called to tell them, and all she had to say "No One Else Complained". Thankyou King's Wok for ruining our families Thanksgiving. Caveat Emptor! Perhaps King's Wok should read their reviews - others have gotten sick from their food also.
This is the worst Chinese food I have had in this area. I mistakenly order from here thinking it was Chens Wok. I ended up throwing the food away. I reordered from the other place. Wasted my money. Very bland tasting?? I would not recommend this place.
