This place is awesome not only do you have the option to get KFC but you can get Taco Bell at the same drive-thru window and their food was fresh and workers were very friendly
Soggy chicken,rancid taste to coleslaw and corn you could shoot out of a sling shot KFC quality has gone down the drain
Kinda upset the wedges got taken away, but if you like Taco Bell as well as KFC; go there for family meals or individual meals. Good stuff.
Blown away by the customer service in the drive through! Most definitely wasn’t expecting that around those parts. Nashville tenders were pretty good.
The worst service ever stood at the counter for 15 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there Then it takes almost 30 minutes to get 2 large macaroni and cheese since this particular KFC had no chicken With service this bad they should just close the restaurant Avoid at all cost
Ordered 2 chicken sandwich big box on door dash and literally only just got chicken sandwiches….. each box SHOULD come with 3 sides, a sandwich and drink. I paid over $20 for 2 sandwiches….. like how hard is it to read and check bags to make sure it’s completed properly…..
KFC is awesome. These guys are always busy. But they work their buts off and deliver great food..
Only because I couldn't give it a half of star. As soon as they collected pour money, we had to pull off to the side. Of course those who know how drive thru time worlds knows they were cheating! We waited over 15 min for simple taco Supreme combo. Short staff or not, there no excuse. Maybe if you leave cars on the timer, you will get more staff.Poor store management!!! It could be the absolute last and only restaurant open and I'm super hungry, I'll go to bed hungry after drinking a couple bottles of water before going back here!!!
Horrible, Horrible Horrible Experience Rude employees. The kid dropped the fries on the floor looked and seen we were looking before throwing them away and putting more.. then when take out order was done.. just slams the bag on the counter. Doesn't say order is ready have a great night..Nothing at all..Chicken was Dry and Biscuits were hard as a rock..Don't know what happened to this place but it has really gone down hill. NEVER WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. JUST TOO NASTY
We waited for almost 35 minutes in a line of other cars also waiting. When they brought our order finally, it was the wrong order, we didnt have straws or sauce, & it was overall a ridiculous experience.
